There is the final whistle! It ends all square at the Olimpico!
90' +2
Manolas shepherds the ball out of play with Coman trying to make his way into the box. After it rolls out he quickly gives it to De Sanctis, and the crowd urge them to restart the play.
90' +1
S. Padoin enters the game and replaces S. Lichtsteiner.
There are going to be three minutes of added time at the Olimpico. Will we see a winner?!
90'
Another substitution from the visitors as Lichtsteiner makes way for Simone Padoin.
89'
Gervinho carries the ball forward on the left, beating Caceres and gliding into the box. He attempts to cut back onto his right foot and ends up scuffing a shot at the feet of Vidal. The hosts manage to keep the pressure on, but yet again they're unable to test Buffon. Time is running out for the Giallorossi to close the gap on the league leaders!
87'
Gaps are beginning to appear at the back for Juve as they commit men forward, leaving themselves open to the break. Buffon has to rush off his line to stop Gervinho from latching onto a fantastic ball in behind.
85'
Pjanic goes for goal directly from the free kick, which is easily 35 yards out. He doesn't even beat the wall, though.
84'
A. Vidal gets yellow.
Vidal is the latest player to go into the book. He made two rash challenges on Nainggolan in quick succession, and the referee seemed to think he was due to go! However, as its his first card that isn't needed.
83'
K. Coman enters the game and replaces Álvaro Morata.
Allegri makes his first substitution of the night, introducing Kingsley Coman in the place of Morata.
82'
Nainggolan tries his luck with an ambitious drive from in excess of 30 yards. He fires it straight down the middle, leaving Buffon with a comfortable save to make.
Minute
Description
80'
ITURBE! He has to do better there! The Argentine youngster receives the ball in a central area 20 yards from goal, and he beats his man before shanking an effort far from goal with the outside of his left boot.
79'
R. Nainggolan gets yellow.
A crunching challenge from Nainggolan makes him the latest player to see yellow. Juve have paid the price for sitting deep, despite it working for the whole game up to that point. The momentum is now with the 10 men of Roma!
78'
S. Kéita has scored a goal for Roma! Assist by A. Florenzi.
GOOOOOOOOAAAAL!! TEN-MAN ROMA ARE LEVEL! Florenzi curls the free kick to the far post, where Keita gets away from Caceres to get his head on it. He angles it on target and Marchisio sends it over the line when attempting to clear!
77'
G. Chiellini gets yellow.
Iturbe is again fouled, this time by Chiellini who completely misjudged his tackle as the Argentine looked to sprint to the byline. He's been a positive influence since coming on, and the hosts have another chance here.
75'
Juve have returned to sitting deep, allowing Roma possession again but trying to pick them off with more regularity. Iturbe attempts to take on Vidal, though, and draws a foul from the Chilean for which the referee awards a free kick.
73'
R. Nainggolan enters the game and replaces D. De Rossi.
Garcia makes his final change of the night, bringing Nainggolan on for De Rossi.
72'
GOOD SAVE! The free kick is fired into the middle and Manolas rises highest to connect. He flicks a header on towards the far post, but Buffon gets down to keep it out of the bottom corner. From the resultant corner Keita is guilty of a foul.
71'
C. Marchisio gets yellow.
J. Iturbe enters the game and replaces F. Totti.
Marchisio is shown a yellow card for a late challenge on Pjanic, resulting in a Roma free kick out on the left.
Before the set-piece is taken, though, Rudi Garcia makes a substitution, replacing Totti, much to the crowd's chagrin, with Juan Manuel Iturbe.
69'
The Bianconeri are now pressing Roma high up the pitch, forcing them to pass quickly and send it long. They manage to find Totti, who attempts to spin and supply a pass in behind the defence for Gervinho to chase. Chiellini reads his intention and cuts it out.
67'
Juve look even more threatening now. They can smell blood and the frustration of the Roma players is becoming evident. An important block from Manolas stops Tevez's shot from working De Sanctis at his near post.
65'
A. Florenzi enters the game and replaces A. Ljajić.
Garcia sacrifices Ljajic in order to fill the vacated right-back position, but the attacking Florenzi is the man who comes into the action. However, he's nowhere to be seen as Pereyra bursts into the box down the left-hand channel and smashes a shot into the side netting.
64'
C. Tevez has scored a goal for Juventus!
GOOOOOOOOAAAAL!! TEVEZ WITH A SPECIAL GOAL! Torosidis' tackle doesn't get Roma off the hook, as the Argentine curls the resultant free kick over the wall and into the net with De Sanctis rooted to the spot! That was an exquisite strike, leaving the keeper with absolutely no chance. What a blow for the hosts!
62'
V. Torosidis gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
RED CARD! Roma are reduced to 10 men, with Torosidis receiving his second yellow card for clipping the heels of Vidal as he looked to latch onto Tevez's through ball. He would have been through on goal, so it certainly warranted the next booking.
61'
Lichtsteiner cuts a pass back to Tevez at the top of the box, but it arrives under the Argentine's feet so he gives it straight back. The Swiss this time attempts to clip the ball towards the back post, but he gets it all wrong and gets it closer to the corner flag!
60'
M. Yanga-Mbiwa gets yellow.
Now we have yet another yellow card, this time for Mapou after he arrives late and bundles Morata over. Their starting to rack up, now. He will miss the Giallorossi's next outing.
59'
STAT: Since the 1994-95 Serie A season, meetings between Roma and Juve have resulted in 25 red cards. Twelve have been shown to the Giallorossi, while the Bianconeri have had 13 players dismissed.
57'
M. Pjanić gets yellow.
Morata is tracking back regularly for the hosts, forming a four man midfield for Juve when they don't have the ball. With the wing-backs also dropping back, the Bianconeri are covering almost every area in front of their goal. They pick off another Roma attack and a late tackle from Pjanic earns him a booking.
55'
Ljajic whips the ball towards the box but it falls in front of the players. Pjanic manages to help it on with a header, but only into the arms of Buffon, who has all the time in the world to collect it.
54'
Álvaro Morata gets yellow.
Morata is the latest player to receive a booking. The Spaniard put in a clumsy tackle on Mapou, handing a free kick to Roma deep on the left wing. They're packing the penalty box in anticipation of the delivery.
53'
Totti is flattened just outside the box as he contests an aerial ball with Bonucci, but the referee deems it a fair challenge. The Giallorossi are still lacking pace and urgency on the ball.
51'
Lichtsteiner pulls the trigger from 20 yards, getting plenty of power behind his effort. He doesn't direct it accurately enough to worry De Sanctis, though, instead smashing the ball into the hoardings behind the goal.
50'
JUST WIDE! Pereyra cuts out Ljajic's pass in midfield and the visitors hit Roma on the counterattack. The ball is worked out to Vidal on the left, and his arrow of a shot rolls across the face of goal and wide of the upright!
49'
The second half has begun similarly to how the majority of the first played out, with Juve sitting back and looking to break. It's unsurprising, really, as it worked throughout the first half!
47'
Lichtsteiner looks to break away down the right but is blocked off. Pereyra manages to mop up the loose ball, though, so the refere signals for play to continue. Juve attempt to work it into the box but this time it's Roma's turn to frustrate.
46'
We are back underway!
45' +1
After just a few seconds of added time, the half-time whistle is blown.
45'
Another counterattack from the Bianconeri is slowed when Tevez has to stop in order to receive Caceres' slow pass. Juve instead look to hold onto possession, knocking it about far from their own goal to wind down the clock.
43'
The Bianconeri counter, with Pereyra showing great feet to wriggle away from his marker and release Tevez down the right. The Argentine sprints all the way to the top of the box before releasing a shot. It takes a deflection and bobbles wide of the far post, before De Sanctis claims the subsequent corner.
42'
Pjanic bends it in, sending it deep towards the back post. Totti pulls away but Lichtsteiner gets just enough of a header to the ball to steer it away from the Roma captain. The hosts attempt to reset but they just cannot find a route through.
41'
P. Evra gets yellow.
Torosidis knocks the ball past Evra out on the right and then beats him for pace. The Frenchman slides in and takes only the man, conceding a free kick which the hosts will surely flight into the box.
39'
STAT: The Giallorossi have won just one of their last six meetings with the Bianconeri in Serie A, losing the other five.
37'
Holebas has seen a lot of the ball in the first half, and he provides another delivery from the left. He pings it too deep, though, with it always bending beyond Gervinho at the back post.
35'
Almost an absolute nightmare for Mapou! The Frenchman's poor touch sends him racing back towards his own goal, and he has Tevez on his tail. He opts to pass back to De Sanctis, but sends it short. Fortunately for him, the keeper gets to it before the Juve man can poke it beyond him and into the net.
33'
Juve work the ball forward down the wing, with Morata being fed down the left-hand channel. He takes his shot early, firing wide of the far post from just inside the corner of the box.
32'
D. De Rossi gets yellow.
De Rossi is the second player to go into the book, and it comes after he scythes Morata down to the turf. It was a challenge from behind, nowhere near the ball, and deserved the yellow card.
31'
This time Holebas opts to take on Lichtsteiner, and he clips another good cross into the centre. Once more Keita is in there to provide an option, but Bonucci is first to the header and he clears it away.
29'
Finally the do get a cross in, though it comes from deep courtesy of Holebas. It bounces up for Keita, who fails to control it can only knock the ball straight into the arms of Buffon.
28'
The hosts continue to be kept at bay by their visitors, with most of their passing being done across the back four. When they push forward into wide areas they are quickly closed down and frequently forced back.
26'
WHAT A CHANCE! It all started with Mapou carrying the ball up from the back but eventually overrunning it and losing possession. Juve counter through Marchisio, with the ball eventually rolled to the byline for Evra. The Frenchman pulls a cutback into the centre which comes at an awkward height for Pereyra, who fails to connect.
24'
Roma have enjoyed the majority of possession so far, but they are still looking relatively impotent going forward. Buffon is yet to be tested and they are focusing on long balls over the top of the defence, with Gervinho and Ljajic struggling to influence things.
22'
Nearly an own goal from Manolas! Pereyra is released down the right wing, with Roma exposed to a two-on-two situation. The Argentine attempts to bend a pass around the back of the defenders and into the feet of Morata on the far side, but the Greek intervenes. He helps it on its way behind but almost sends it straight into the bottom corner!
21'
Marchisio spots Morata peeling off his man and looking to make a run into the space behind Roma's high line, but his execution isn't great and the ball is intercepted.
19'
V. Torosidis gets yellow.
The first yellow card is shown, and it is brandished in the direction of Torosidis. He goes in with two feet on Vidal, catching the Chilean and sending him flying. That booking now means he will be suspended for the Giallorossi's next outing.
18'
Lichtsteiner is again Juve's primary outlet, swinging in a cross from the right. He finds Morata, whose first touch gets the ball stuck under his feet, making it difficult to get away from Mapou and Manolas, who clear.
17'
Ljajic initiates a one-two with Totti before driving into the box and heading for the byline. He is squeezed out by a combination of Caceres and Lichtsteiner, and as the Swiss brings it away he is caught late by the Roma captain. The referee gives him a stern talking too, so he might have to consider that his only warning.
15'
Mapou shows good strength to get between Pereyra and the ball as the Argentine looked to spin beyond him by the corner flag. The Bianconeri seem to be focusing their game on a counterattacking style.
14'
Holebas looks to release Pjanic down the left, but Caceres comes across and makes an important intervention. Moments ago, Keita made a surging run from deep to provide something to aim at through the middle, but Pjanic couldn't pick him out.
12'
With Totti dropping deep Roma are lacking a consistent presence in the centre. There are just three centre-backs filling that space instead, making it incredibly difficult for the hosts to find a route through.
10'
Ljajic has come out to the left now, with Gervinho moving across to the opposite side. Juve are sitting back whenever Roma have possession, getting plenty of bodies behind the ball. They attempt to send a cross into the box but Gervinho is the only man in there, and Evra blocks it anyway.
8'
Lichtsteiner has been very positive this evening, and he picks out Pereyra on the edge of the box. He controls with his chest, although its a heavy touch which ends up running to Vidal. The Chilean swings a leg at it and angles a shot wide of the far post.
7'
Morata wins a corner off Manolas and Tevez takes his time getting across to take it, drawing whistles from the stands. He opts to take it short before overrunning the ball and handing it back to the hosts.
5'
Gervinho chases a long pass down the left with Caceres in pursuit, but he fails to control the ball near the byline and only helps it on its way behind for a goal kick.
4'
Totti closes down Bonucci and gets in the way of his attempted pass up field, with the loose ball falling to Ljajic. He turns and attempts to bring it inside from the right, but sends a pass straight to the feet of Chiellini.
3'
Morata wins a free kick after being body checked by Mapou, who he had helped the ball past. Marchisio swings the resultant free kick towards the back post but Evra is not able to make a decent connection, and Torosidis brings it away.
1'
We are underway, with both sides wearing their traditional colours!
De Rossi crunches Vidal with a strong challenge inside 20 seconds, but the Roma man gets a way without a booking. He is setting his stall out for the night!
The biggest match of the Serie A season is hear, as league leaders Juventus travel to the Stadio Olimpico to face second-faced Roma. Nine points separate the sides, but the Giallorossi will believe that they can get their Scudetto challenge back on track with a victory tonight. Lose, however, and it's difficult to see how anyone could stop the Bianconeri marching on to their fourth consecutive title. It's massive, and it's all here with me, Tom Webber!
Roma have drawn each of their previous five home matches in Serie A, and that has contributed to them losing ground on Massimiliano Allegri's side in recent weeks. The Giallorossi remain unbeaten at the Olimpico in the top flight this campaign and have never drawn six in a row in the league. A win could have added importance, too, as third-placed Napoli suffered defeat at Torino last night.
Juve are currently on a run of 15 matches in Serie A without a defeat, and they know that victory tonight would be a huge step towards retaining their domestic crown. The Old Lady were also the last team to come away from the Olimpico with three points against Roma, when Pablo Osvaldo netted a last-gasp winner in a 1-0 triumph in May 2014. They would be happy with replicating that tonight.
ROMA TEAM NEWS: Morgan De Sanctis returns between the sticks for the Giallorossi, after Lukas Skorupski tended the goal at Feyenoord in midweek. Otherwise, the team is unchanged, with Radja Nainggolan having to settle for a place on the bench as Seydou Keita maintains his place in the starting line-up. Seydou Doumbia is out with a back strain, so Francesco Totti leads the line, flanked by Gervinho and Adem Ljajic.
JUVENTUS TEAM NEWS: With Andrea Pirlo out due to a calf injury, his return not expected until the Champions League meeting with Borussia Dortmund, and Paul Pogba lacking fitness, Allegri switches to a 3-5-2 formation. Arturo Vidal starts despite some questions over his freshness, and he is joined in the middle by Claudio Marchisio and Roberto Pereyra. Martin Caceres, meanwhile, comes in to supply the third centre-back.
Roma (4-3-3): De Sanctis; Torosidis, Manolas, Mapou, Holebas; Pjanic, De Rossi, Keita; Gervinho, Totti, Ljajic.
Both sides come into the game off the back of midweek wins in Europe. Roma ran out 2-1 winners at Feyenoord to secure a place in the last 16 of the Europa League, while Juve triumphed 2-1 against Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of their Champions League tie. Who will bring more of the momentum from their previous outing into tonight's encounter?
The previous fixture between the two teams back in October of last year ended 3-2 to the Old Lady, with Roma left feeling hard done by over what they deemed to be controversial refereeing. It is something that still lingers, and they’ll be eager for some revenge this evening.
In recent times, though, the Giallorossi have struggled when Juve have come to town, managing just one win from the Bianconeri’s previous nine visits to the Olimpico in Serie A.
We are just a few minutes away from kick off now. This could be the biggest game of the Italian season, so let's hope it lives up to that billing!
The teams are out into a fantastic atmosphere at the Olimpico!
HALF TIME - Roma 0-0 Juve: The Bianconeri have defended to the hilt in the opening 45 minutes, allowing the hosts the majority of possession and looking to catch them on the break. Neither keeper has been tested yet, and if the Giallorossi want to forge more openings they'll need to up the tempo after the break.
The teams are back out, so the second half will commence momentarily.
FULL TIME - Roma 1-1 Juve: The Giallorossi miss the chance to close the gap to Allegri's men to just six points, though in the end they did well to come away with a draw after being reduced to 10 men. Following Torosidis' dismissal, Tevez gave the visitors the lead with a sublime free kick. Garcia's men rallied and got an equaliser through Keita, but they couldn't get anything more than just a draw. It's their sixth consecutive tied game at home in Serie A, which is the first time that's happened in their history.
Juve have taken a huge stop towards retaining their crown tonight, as a draw keeps the gap at the top at nine points. That is all we have time for tonight, though. Thank you for joining me, Tom Webber, and have a great night.
