Lulic whips a cross in from the left but Bonucci heads it away. Felipe Anderson launches it long and it's booted into the stands.
THERE IS THE FINAL WHISTLE! JUVENTUS ARE COPPA ITALIA CHAMPIONS!
120'
Into the final minute! Lulic tries to burst down the left but is blocked off by Padoin. Less than 30 seconds now as the clock continues to tick down.
Felipe Anderson's cross is headed away by Chiellini and Tevez picks it up before racing into the opposition half to waste some valuable seconds. Just one minute to be added on!
118'
As the corner comes in the referee blows for a foul on Chiellini! A great chance for Lazio is wasted. Just two minutes left to play now!
Vidal tees up Tevez at the top of the box but he fires harmlessly wide of the far post! They would have perhaps been better served by just taking that into the corner.
117'
Juve are sitting around the edge of their own box, forcing Lazio to ping crosses into the middle. They're gobbling every single one up at the moment, though! The Biancocelesti need some penetration from somewhere, and Keita tries to provide by turning and running at the defence. His shot is deflected across goal off Chiellini but Storari can't keep it in.
116'
Less than five minutes remain until the end of extra time! Are Juve going to hold on for a domestic double or can Lazio get a late equaliser and take them all the way to penalties?
115'
S. Padoin enters the game and replaces S. Lichtsteiner.
It will be the end of Lichtsteiner's evening though, as Padoin comes on in his stead for the remainder.
114'
Cataldi's corner is again too deep, but Candreva picks it up and drives towards the byline. He dinks a cross into the middle but it's too close to Storari, who gathers it with ease. Lichtsteiner has gone down with cramp, drawing whistles from the Lazio section.
113'
Djordjevic brings down the ball in the centre of the Juve half and is hacked from behind by Vidal. The referee awards a free kick but Lazio take it quickly, shifting possession out to the right. When the delivery comes in it is poor, but they eventually earn a corner by maintaining the pressure.
111'
For all the possession they've had in extra time, Lazio have struggled to do anything with it. Tevez is working hard up the other end, keeping hold of the ball and running the clock down by winning his team a number of free kicks.
109'
Pirlo tries to squeeze the set-piece in at the near post with plenty of power but Berisha is positioned well to punch it away. Just over 10 minutes remaining for Lazio to try and salvage something from this match.
Minute
Description
108'
A. Candreva gets yellow.
Tevez just doesn't seem to get tired! He sprints down the left and draws a foul from Parolo just outside the box. Vidal was felled at the same time inside the area, but it's a free kick on the left for Juve. Candreva is shown the yellow card, presumably for what happened in the centre!
106'
K. Baldé enters the game and replaces S. de Vrij.
The second half of extra time is underway! Keita is brought on for De Vrij in an attacking change from Pioli. Will it work for the Biancocelesti?
105' +1
It's half time in extra time! Just 15 minutes separate Juve from their 10th Coppa Italia title and a domestic double.
105'
WIDE! De Vrij tees up Basta for a shot after Juve fail to clear a corner adequately, but the right wing-back drags his effort wide of the upright! There's going to be one additional minute at the end of this half of extra time.
104'
Felipe Anderson again tries to cut open the Juve defence with a mazy run from deep. However, he ends up trying to do too much and goes down a dead end at the top of the box. Matri relieves the pressure by counterattacking down the left but is forced to try and hold the ball as no one gets up in support.
102'
The Brazilian pays the price for going to ground too easily as his tired legs catch up with him. Tevez slides into the tackle but is nowhere near the ball and although Felipe Anderson could keep on going, he opts to drop down under the minimal contact. Nothing is given by the referee.
100'
Felipe Anderson opts to pull the trigger from a central area 25 yards out but it is never going to test Storari as it sails over the top! Lazio have been limited to shots from distance for much of this match.
99'
The decibel level in the Stadio Olimpico has been raised a few notches now! Lazio have to chase this match in the 20 or so minutes remaining. Matri was booked for celebrating his goal by taking his shirt off moments ago.
97'
A. Matri has scored a goal for Juventus!
A. Matri gets yellow.
GOOOOOOAAAAL!! MATRI PUTS JUVE AHEAD! Pirlo picks out the striker with a sublime pass to the top of the box. He brings it down but his touch runs away from him so Tevez takes it on instead. His effort is blocked by Mauricio, but the ball sits up kindly for Matri. The striker releases a shot that bounces off the turf and gets the beating of Berisha!
95'
Tevez slides a brilliant ball down to the byline which Pereyra dinks towards the near post. Matri gets in front of his marker but fires his header over the top! Things are heating back up at the Stadio Olimpico!
94'
UNBELIEVABLE! OFF BOTH THE POSTS! Djordjevic receives the ball in space 25 yards out and quickly turns and shoots before being closed down. His swerving effort crashes off the right-hand upright, bounces across the line before coming back out off the frame of the goal once more!
93'
Basta is down and receiving treatment after being blocked off by Evra as he tried to tackle the Frenchman. It looks like he should be fine to continue, though.
92'
Juve hold possession well from the start of this additional period, but Pirlo's attempt to lift a pass over the defence is cut out and Lazio break. Djordjevic ends up chasing a lost cause, though, and the Bianconeri defence are unfazed as they pass it out from the back.
91'
Here we go! Let's see if 30 more minutes can separate these two teams!
90' +3
The referee brings an end to normal time! Thirty minutes of extra time will be coming up shortly as the search for a winner of this season's Coppa Italia continues! Stay tuned.
90' +2
TEVEZ! The Argentina international comes inside from the left before unleashing a shot with his right foot. It has plenty of venom behind it but is always rising and ends up flashing over the roof of the goal!
90' +1
We are into the first of three additional minutes before we head to extra time! Mauricio tries to ping the ball down the right for Basta but it runs all the way through to Storari.
89'
Cataldi's set-piece is headed away at the near post and Lazio are forced to build from the back again. Juve are repelling every aerial ball they put into the box at the moment.
88'
Felipe Anderson teases a cross in from the right, looking for Djordjevic at the back post. Barzagli manages to shield him from it and hook the ball out of play for a corner.
87'
Pereyra makes a brilliant run into the box from the right, but his pass across the face of goal is not attacked by anyone. Play is worked back to Pirlo, who lifts a ball over the defence which Matri slams into the net. However, the striker was in an offside position! He doesn't agree with the call, mind.
86'
Tevez tries to carve something out for his side by facing up the Lazio defence before looking to slide a pass in behind. He directs it behind the run of Lichtsteiner, though, and it runs out of play to groans from the stands.
85'
That's the end of Llorente's night, with Matri introduced in his stead for what's left of the match.
84'
A. Matri enters the game and replaces Fernando Llorente.
WHAT A CHANCE! Djordjevic has a fantastic chance to give Lazio the lead as he spins in behind to latch onto Parolo's pass over the top. Storari races off his line but he is first to the ball, though he fails to make solid contact with it and the keeper can easily save!
82'
F. Đorđević enters the game and replaces M. Klose.
Pirlo finally gets some time on the ball and he clips a pass over the top for Lichtsteiner, but the Swiss is flagged offside. Lazio use the break to introduce Djordjevic, and it is indeed Klose who goes off.
81'
It looks like we are going to be heading for extra time here, though it could take just one opening to change all that. Djordjevic is ready to enter the fray by the halfway line, with Klose likely the man to make way.
79'
Felipe Anderson manages to nip beyond Pirlo and sprint into the Juve half, creating a three-on-three situation. He spends too long trying to decide between passing to Candreva on the left or Klose to the right, and instead stops. It allows more opposing defenders to get back into position and he is quickly dispossessed.
78'
R. Pereyra enters the game and replaces P. Pogba.
Pogba, who has only recently returned from injury, is the man to make way for Pereyra for the remainder.
77'
Gentiletti plays a sloppy pass that allows Juve to counterattack at pace once more. Vidal whips a great cross between the defender and their keeper from the right but no one gets on the end of it!
76'
Juve catch Lazio on the break once more, and Pirlo just about manages to roll a pass from the left on to Llorente on the right-hand side of the box. The Italian is scythed down late but play continues, although the former Athletic Bilbao man is unable to work an angle for the shot.
75'
We are into the last 15 minutes of normal time and there is still nothing to separate the two sides. With chances at a premium since the interval, it's hard to tell whether we will have a winner before the final whistle. Allegri has Pereyra stripped and readied on the touchline.
73'
It doesn't take long for Mauricio to give away a free kick for being overly physical with Tevez midway inside the Lazio half. Pirlo's set-piece delivery is quickly nodded away, though.
71'
Maurício enters the game and replaces Ş. Radu.
Mauricio is the man chosen to replace the Romanian, who opened the scoring early on in the first half.
70'
Radu has dropped to ground at the top of the Lazio box after that move and it appears to be an injury that will force him off the pitch.
69'
Decent goal-scoring chances have been few and far between in this half. Evra clips a diagonal pass into the box from the left on a Juve break, and Vidal attempts to cushion it into Tevez on the volley. However, he contrives to send the ball straight into the grasp of Berisha!
67'
Tevez shows his team-mates how it is done, chasing back and getting a foot to the ball as Cataldi tries to square for Felipe Anderson. His touch ricochets off a Biancocelesti shirt and goes out for a throw in to his side. He tries to gee up his colleagues afterwards!
65'
Again it is Candreva to take the set-piece, though this time he does get it past the wall. However, his effort keeps on rising and sails high of the crossbar.
64'
L. Bonucci gets yellow.
Candreva surges at the opposition defence at pace, shifting past Bonucci as he bears down on goal. The centre-back clips him and sends him tumbling, resulting in a free kick and a yellow card.
63'
Juve continue to look to Pirlo even though he is being consistently closed quickly. He misplaces another pass out towards Evra on the left, but there was some miscommunication involved. He's always capable of opening up the opposition with one super pass, though.
61'
Evra goes into the book for a late tackle, followed by a needless kickout, on Parolo. Cataldi whips the set-piece into the box and only succedes in finding the gloves of Storari.
60'
P. Evra gets yellow.
Felipe Anderson shows a brilliant touch to knock the ball down the line and then a great turn of pace to race around the outside of Chiellini. He manages to hold him off in a challenge and cuts a pass back to Klose, but the German fails to work the space for the shot.
59'
Lazio work the ball across to the right from the left, and Parolo is the man it ends up with. He takes a touch before letting fly from 30 yards, but he fires over the top. Not the midfielder's best effort, there!
57'
Lichtsteiner does well to get to the byline and stand up a cross into the middle. Pogba leaps up to get his head on it but, under pressure from Basta, he nods the ball high and wide of Berisha's net.
55'
Now it is Lazio who are guilty of ceding possession inside the own half, with Tevez quickly rolling a pass out to the left-hand side of the box for Pogba. The Frenchman's attempt to return the favour with a low ball into the middle is diverted behind by De Vrij.
53'
Juve attempt to keep possession to try and stop Lazio from gaining further momentum, but a slack pass from Barzagli is seized upon by Parolo. Lazio's pressing has been brilliant so far tonight, but will they be able to keep it up for the remainder?
51'
Klose has had very little to feed off of this evening, and Lazio's latest attempt to find him with a cross from Lulic is overhit. Juve counterattack with Llorente twisting and turning in the box before driving to the byline. His cutback goes straight to a Biancocelesti shirt, though.
50'
Lazio have had much of the possession at the start of the second half, with Candreva and Felipe Anderson drifting into space in the central areas. Lulic and Basta are providing all the width this evening.
48'
Candreva again goes directly for goal from the set-piece, once more in excess of 35 yards, and he slams it into the wall for a second time. That is quite disappointing from the Rome outfit.
47'
Lulic drives down the left brilliantly before cutting a pass back to Candreva. He manages to control the ball brilliantly but his cross into the centre is not attacked by anyone. Lazio soon regain possession and Felipe Anderson wins a free kick in a dangerous area after after drawing a foul from Pogba.
46'
We are underway again!
45'
Not a second of added time before the referee blows for half time!
44'
Lulic comes in off the left and attempts to find Basta at the back post with a floated cross. It takes a deflection, though, and goes out of play for a corner on the far side. The set-piece is fired deep by Cataldi and Chiellini is able to head it away unopposed.
42'
Almost a huge error from Berisha! The Albanian takes a little too long on the ball and is closed down by Tevez as he steps back before a clearance. He kicks the ball into the Argentine but it bounces out of play for a throw in.
40'
GREAT MOVE! Pogba runs across Tevez and the Argentine offloads to him before heading into the box. The midfielder slides a pass to the byline for Evra who then cuts the ball back to the former Manchester City man near the penalty spot. It's slightly behind him, though, and he can only spoon an effort over the target.
39'
Chiellini has taken every opportunity to step up from the back tonight, and he gets quite high up the pitch on the left. The centre-back whips a cross in that fails to reach Llorente, though, and Lazio clear. The Bianconeri come straight back at their opponents, but Pirlo's pass down the channel for Lichtsteiner is too heavy and runs through to Berisha.
37'
He fires it straight into the wall! Not an effort that Candreva will be remembering for a long time as he fails to beat the first obstacle.
36'
Vidal is penalised for snapping at the heels of Candreva in a central area, sending the winger to ground. It's yet another set-piece, and the Italian looks like he fancies a shot from this one. It's all of 35 yards out in the centre!
34'
STAT: Lazio have won five of their last six matches in the Coppa Italia.
32'
PAROLO! SO CLOSE! The Biancocelesti manage to keep the pressure up and a poor touch from Pogba 25 yards from goal sees the ball sit up kindly for the opposition midfielder. He hits a snapshot that flashes just outside of the upright!
31'
Now it's Lazio who are awarded a set-piece in a similar position to that from which they scored earlier in the game. Cataldi sends it to the back post this time, but De Vrij's knockback into box is cleared by Evra.
29'
Pirlo's free kick from the right is hit towards the top of the box for the late run of Evra, but the Frenchman fails to keep his header down. A nice set-piece from the Bianconeri, though.
28'
Tevez comes in off the right, shaping to shoot on his left boot from 20 yards. When he pulls the trigger, though, Radu jumps in the way and makes the block. As Lazio hurry to clear the danger Cataldi fouls Barzagli and Juve have a free kick in a great area.
27'
CATALDI! A brilliant run from Felipe Anderson prises Juve open, as he drives inside after heading out to the right. He sends a pass to his left for the young midfielder, who produces a disappointing shot that rolls comfortably into Storari's arms from the top of the box.
25'
Juve hold onto possession well and attack down the left, getting Evra on the ball to supply a cross. His delivery is met by the head of Llorente at the near post but he directs his header over the top! Lazio quickly go down the other end and Felipe Anderson also fires an attempt high of the bar, though his is from 20 yards!
23'
Candreva does well to pick up the ball in the centre of the Juve half and drive out towards the left. He pushes towards the byline before cutting a pass back into the box, but it is intercepted by Bonucci and Juve clear.
21'
Gentiletti gets a talking to from the referee after going straight through the back of Tevez as he came deep to get the ball. It's yet another free kick to Juve, but also evidence of the limited space that the Biancocelesti are affording them.
19'
What is Pogba thinking?! The Frenchman decides to pull the trigger from in excess of 40 yards and sends the ball miles high of the target. It is an attempt which draws whistles from the crowd!
18'
M. Parolo gets yellow.
Parolo is the first player to be shown a yellow card this evening. He lunged into a challenge on Vidal following a stray touch. It was a 50-50 tackle, but he took more of his opponent than the ball so the referee goes to his book. Juve have a free kick on the half way line and a chance to enjoy a decent spell on the ball.
16'
STAT: Juventus have won five of their last six matches against Lazio in all competitions.
14'
Basta and Candreva combine down the right, trying to open up the Juve defence. However, Pogba comes back to help out and gets an important interception. The Bianconeri try to play out from the back but Pirlo cedes possession and the pressure is back on.
13'
Pogba attempts to spin away from De Vrij on the right with a light right-foot touch before turning towards the touchline. He goes down under contact from the Netherlands international, but the referee deems it fair and play continues.
11'
G. Chiellini has scored a goal for Juventus! Assist by P. Evra.
GOOOOOAAAAAL!! CHIELLINI EQUALISES! Now Vidal is on the receiving end of a poor challenge as Felipe Anderson catches his ankle on the right. Pirlo flights the free kick to the back post and Evra nods it into the centre for the defender to volley into the roof of the net!
9'
Another foul goes in on Candreva, this time from Vidal. The Biancocelesti are doing a good job of closing the opposition and holding possession at the moment. Juve aren't getting much time on the ball at all.
7'
Pogba clips a pass to the top of the box for the bursting run of Vidal, and he tries to cushion it down for Tevez. The Argentine is unable to get to the ball ahead of Gentiletti, who he catches on the knee with a late challenge. Subsequently, the referee awards Lazio a free kick.
6'
What a start for the Biancocelesti! That will come as a blow for Allegri's men, but they've had to battle for results on a few occasions this season despite running away with the title.
4'
Ş. Radu has scored a goal for Lazio! Assist by D. Cataldi.
GOOOOOOAAAAL!! LAZIO LEAD! The free kick is whipped into the middle and finds the head of Radu at the near post, dropping just over Pirlo. The Romanian angles the ball towards the target and Storari cannot stop it from nestling in the top corner!
3'
It's rather scrappy in the opening few minutes, with both sides struggling to hold onto possession. Candreva attempts to tee up Felipe Anderson for a shot but the Bianconeri intercept. Lazio soon regain possession and the Italian winger is felled by Pogba on the right wing as he looks to drive forward once more.
2'
Evra spins away from Parolo on the left near the halfway line and begins to drive towards the centre. He slips a pass down the channel for the run of Llorente, and after some delay the Spaniard is flagged offside by the official on the near side.

We are underway!
Juventus are hoping to secure a first treble in their history this season, and now, after securing a fourth consecutive Scudetto, they face Lazio in the final of the Coppa Italia as they look to wrap up the second part of the dream. The Biancocelesti are enjoying a great season and are chasing Champions League football for next season, so they will provide a tough challenge for the Turin outfit. My name is Tom Webber, and I will be guiding you through all the action.
Juve are aiming to win the title for the first time since 1995, when they defeated Parma 3-0 over two legs. Although they’ve failed to do so again for 20 years, they remain the tournament’s most successful club as nine-time winners.
However, to keep their treble dream alive they will need to get past a Lazio side that won this tournament as recently as 2013, when they were 1-0 victors over arch rivals Roma. They have won the Coppa Italia five times since the last time that the Bianconeri tasted glory.
JUVE TEAM NEWS: Alvaro Morata and Claudio Marchisio are both suspended for tonight's game, but there are no injury problems for Massimiliano Allegri. Fernando Llorente therefore partners Carlos Tevez in attack, while the coach switches to a back three. Arturo Vidal, Paul Pogba and Andrea Pirlo make up a strong central midfield unit for the Bianconeri tonight.
LAZIO TEAM NEWS: Lucas Biglia missed the weekend victory over Sampdoria with a knee injury, and he is not fit enough to make the squad for tonight. Stefano Piolo deploys a 3-4-3 system tonight, with Stefan de Vrij and Santiago Gentiletti both fit and forming part of the back three. Antonio Candreva, Miroslav Klose and Felipe Anderson form the attacking trident.
Lazio may need a change of approach to tonight's game, as they have been beaten in both of their Serie A encounters with the Bianconeri this season. With both sides playing three-man defences, you'd think that this game is going to be won in the midfield.
Juventus and Lazio have met 21 times in the Coppa Italia so far. The Biancocelesti hold the upper hand in the head-to-head record with eight wins to the Bianconeri’s six. Will the Old Lady be able to close that gap tonight, or can the Rome club lift the trophy for the second time in three years? They've technically got home advantage as tonight's match is taking place in the Stadio Olimpico in The Eternal City.
Both coaches have opted to keep the faith with their Coppa Italia goalkeepers tonight. Etrit Berisha is picked ahead of Federico Marchetti for Lazio, while Gianluigi Buffon sits on the bench as Marco Storari starts between the posts.
The teams are making their way out onto the pitch, both wearing their traditional colours.
A rousing rendition of the national anthem ahead of kick off. The Olimpico is looking rather full tonight!
HALF TIME - Juventus 1-1 Lazio: Radu opened the scoring after just four minutes but Chiellini equalised soon after to bring the game back to square one. There's been plenty of tackle going in, making for numerous set-piece opportunities, but neither side has been able to add to their tally. Stay tuned for the second half, which is sure to provide just as much excitement.
The teams are back out on the pitch, so the second half should begin in just a few moments.
FULL TIME - Juventus 2-1 Lazio (aet): The Bianconeri had to come from behind to claim their 10th Coppa Italia crown, with goals from Chiellini and Matri overturning Radu's early opener. Allegri has now led the Turin outfit to a domestic double, and the dream of a first treble in their history remains intact!
After 20 years, Juve have their hand on the trophy again! All their focus will now be on Barcelona on June 6, when they contest the Champions League final. It will be a disappointing result for the Biancocelesti, especially after taking the lead.
That's all from me, Tom Webber, for tonight. Enjoy your night!
