Alisson is called into action for the first time in a long while to pluck a potentially dangerous cross out of the air to stop a last-ditch Venezuela attack. He's been a virtual spectator for long spells.
87'
Not a lot happening at the moment in terms of goalmouth action, with Brazil content to let Venezuela enjoy a small and ultimately meaningless spell on the ball here. Not long left.
84'
Kaka is trying to get involved in the last few Brazil attacks, but he's been twice caught offside. There's been some fans that take his inclusion in the Brazil squad at this stage of his career as an indictment of the current state of the national team.
82'
This will be the kind of response that Dunga was hoping for. The 3-1 scoreline is a just reflection of just how much Brazil have dominated this game. Alisson has barely been involved.
81'
Hulk enters the game and replaces Ricardo Oliveira.
A. González enters the game and replaces L. Seijas.
79'
Venezuela's misfortune has been mostly of their own making. That's two goals now that Amorebieta has to hold his hands up and accept at least partial accountability for. There's a reason he plays for Middlesbrough.
76'
Douglas Costa departs to a warm reception after a typically dominant performance on the wings that has summed up his 2015-16 so far. How different would Brazil have fared at Copa America if he was made an indispensable player?
75'
Kaká enters the game and replaces Douglas Costa.
74'
Ricardo Oliveira has scored a goal for Brazil! Assist by Douglas Costa.
OLIVEIRA GETS HIS DUE! A dangerous cross from Douglas Costa is still completely hashed by Amorebieta, who misses his clearance embarrassingly, opening the door for Oliveira to nod in at the back post!

Description
72'
Oliveira continues to be a menace. He dropped off a bit after the opening half-hour, but has picked it up recently to make a great point man at the head of the Selecao attacking unit.
69'
Scrappy period in the game now with a series of fouls breaking up play. How will that goal affect Venezuela? Will they seize the initiative and take the game to Brazil to get themselves level?
67'
You could see the idea there from Douglas Costa, who passed to Elias and continued his run, taking the return ball in stride. He tries to one-touch it between two defenders, but can't squeeze through.
65'
Lucas Lima enters the game and replaces Oscar.
64'
C. Santos has scored a goal for Venezuela! Assist by O. Vizcarrondo.
Poor end to an attack for Venezuela. Rincon has all the time in the world to line up a cross, but his delivery is still headed away with ease by Miranda. Moments later, they win a corner when a long-range strike is deflected.
VENEZUELA PULL ONE BACK! From the corner, Vizcarrondo wins the initial header, which heads to the far post, where Santos arrives unmarked to smash in!
62'
The flanks continue to look the most promising avenue for Brazil, and they've forced a lot of pressure down the left side in particular. Costa and Luis have proved too much for Venezuela to handle.
60'
WHAT A WASTE! Oliveira's splendid first touch frees OScar down the right-hand side. He has one man on him and Willian arriving in support in the box. He tries to cut inside the defender, but loses the ball! No excuse for the keeper not being tested at the end of that play.
58'
Scrappy period in the match as Venezuela try to work a spell on the ball, but they are struggling to put more than a few passes together in quick succession. Brazil have defended well.
56'
BEATEN AWAY! Brazil have a lovely three-on-five break that has Alves laying the ball into Oscar. The Chelsea man takes it on the turn and has a crack from long range, which is pushed around the post by the keeper.
54'
R. Rosales gets yellow.
TWO CHANCES FOR BRAZIL! Costa toasts his marker down the left before hooking in a wicked cross that kisses the crossbar with Baroja left confused! Gustavo picks up the pieces and launches one from 25 yards, but it's just wide of the bottom corner!
52'
Another corner for Brazil drops dangerously into the six-yard area where it bounces before Rondon, of all people, helps it clear. He sprints forward to get on the end of a potential Venezuela break, but the ball never arrives as Murillo turns it over.
50'
It's Brazil's turn to cause some problems from corners, with Oliveira looking to build on his strong start to the game by challenging for a delivery at the back post - but to no avail.
48'
Half a glimpse of a chance for Venezuela from a corner as Amorebieta rises above Miranda to glance a header on goal, but Alisson is in position to smother that attempt.
46'
A. Figuera enters the game and replaces A. Guerra.
J. Murillo enters the game and replaces R. Vargas.
Off we go again!
45' +1
Douglas Costa gets yellow.
Douglas Costa gets booked for a challenge as the referee ends the first half.
44'
Alves is down on the deck after a challenge, and the game is halted as it appeared to be a head injury that led to the Brazilian's agony. There's never an ideal time for injuries, but at least Dunga has the half-time break around the corner to get him properly assessed.
42'
Willian has scored a goal for Brazil! Assist by Filipe Luís.
AND DOESN'T THAT JUST SUM HIS GAME UP! WILLIAN STRIKES AGAIN! Filipe Luis starts the move with a fantastic run that takes him past two players. He squares to Oscar at the top of the box who is challenged, but the ball breaks instead for the other Chelsea man, who smashes it with aplomb into the back of the net!
40'
Willian turns on the afterburners to snake through a pair of players, but is brought down by Cichero - who is perhaps lucky to avoid a yellow card. He's been impressive on the wing today.
38'
You get the sense that based on how the first half has transpired, Venezuela will be the happier team with the one-goal scoreline. Brazil have been dominant and could have put another on the board.
36'
A decent spell of possession for Venezuela in the last few minutes. However, in contrast to Brazil's directness and opportunism, La Vinotinto are trying to probe their way through - without a whole lot of success it must be said.
34'
NOT TOO FAR WIDE! Alves curls the free-kick in on goal from long range, but bends it just shy of the top corner. Baroja looked to have had it covered though. Just over 10 minutes to go to half-time.
32'
O. Vizcarrondo gets yellow.
Viuzcarrondo gets the first yellow card of the game for untidily hauling back Oliveira on an attempted Brazilian break. As clear a booking as you will ever see - his hands were all over the striker!
30'
HOW DID THAT NOT GO IN? Oscar shows superior poise to bring down a bouncing ball ahead of Amorebieta, and he plays in Costa behind Vizcarrondo. The Bayern man attempts to return the pass to his teammate, but it takes a deflection, forcing Oscar out at an angle, where his eventual shot is blocked!
27'
Willian and Douglas Costa have switched flanks more than once, and it's serving to confuse the Venezuelan full-backs, who keep getting beat to the byline with regularity. Still the one goal in this though.
24'
Brazil's midfield pair of Elias and Gustavo have done a great job of running down the Valencia players in possession. It's led to a high number of turnovers in the Selecao's favour.
22'
Brazil have spotted a weakness in the full-back areas, and are attempting to play long, low balls down the flanks and let the likes of Willian and Douglas Costa figure it out. It's been working so far.
20'
Venezuela's defence has largely been a bundle of nerves. Most of Brazil's best opportunities in this game has come from individual mistakes. Amorebieta and Vizcarrondo, the central defensive pair, have both been particularly shaky.
18'
Oliveira is making himself a handful here, as he challenges Baroja for a corner, forcing the keeper into a last-second decision to push the ball clear instead of catching it! He looks hungry to make an impression here.
16'
Douglas Costa continues to cause panic whenever he gets up to full speed, and he beats Cichero to the byline down the opposite flank this time. His low cross into the box is just too far ahead of Oliveira, but Luis keeps it alive on the far side and plays in Gustavo. The midfielder shows some dexterity to skip past the fist challenge but he can't keep a hold of the ball.
14'
BRAZIL STEPPING IT UP AGAIN! Vizcarrondo makes a hash of a high ball, losing his balance under little pressure and presenting Oliveira with the opportunity. The striker doesn't advance on goal for long before letting fly from 30 yards, but it's smothered by Baroja.
12'
OLIVEIRA! Elias slips a ball inside of Rosles for Costa to chase, and the Bayern Munich man unsurprisingly has his marker beat for pace. He squares the ball into the six-yard area for Oliveira, whose low finish is pushed away by Baroja!
10'
Neither side has been able to hold onto the ball with much conviction here. There's a lot of noise when Brazil get on the ball, but not much in the way of final-third execution. Still a good tempo to this though.
8'
NOT TOO FAR WIDE! Brazil make up for their inconsistency in defence with some danger at the other end from their defenders. Miranda rises highest from a corner to plant a header just off the mark.
6'
Venezuela had a decent period of pressure around the Brazil penalty area there, forcing the home side into some desperate clearances. The Selecao still don't look completely secure at the back.
4'
Christian Santos wins a free-kick about 25 yards out after he was taken out by Gustavo. He gets up to take the kick himself, with his effort bouncing in the area and forcing Alisson to parry away without a ton of confidence.
1'
Willian has scored a goal for Brazil! Assist by Luiz Gustavo.
Off we go!
WE HAVE A BREAKTHROUGH ALREADY! Venezuela turn the ball over in their own half, and Brazil pounce. Gustavo slides in Willian, who smashes the ball high at goal. Baroja gets a tough but can't keep it out!
Hello and welcome to our live coverage of Brazil's clash with Venezuela. The Samba Boys are playing a first competitive game at home in this Conmebol qualifier, since their disastrous exit from the 2014 World Cup. I'm Keeghann Sinanan, your guide for all the action.
After the Mineirazo 7-1 loss to Germany last summer, many were curious as to what the reaction would be from the Selecao. They started well under Dunga, winning a series of games, but it fell apart at the Copa America, after Neymar's antics against Colombia in the group stages saw him suspended for the rest of the tournament - which didn't last much longer for Brazil as they crashed out to Paraguay in the last eight. It's not gotten much better for them in the WCQ's, as they dropped their first game 2-0 to Chile.
Venezuela's Copa America campaign started with a shock 1-0 win over Colombia, but they lost their next two matches to crash out at the group stages - including a 2-1 reverse to tonight's opponents. Their qualification campaign for the 2018 World Cup also got off to a rocky start, as they conceded an 85th minute goal to lose to Paraguay.
Venezuela have won only one of their last 22 matches against Brazil. The Vinotinto will want to build on their performance in the last qualification campaign for the 2014 tournament, where they finished one place outside a play-off berth. Brazil, meanwhile, need to give their fans a lift, with the team in the middle of an identity crisis with Neymar still suspended.
Dunga makes four changes from the Chile match. Alisson replaces Jefferson in goal, while Filipe Luis and Marquinhos come in for Marcelo and David Luiz in defence. Up top, there's also a swap of the leading man, as Ricardo Oliveira starts ahead of Hulk. Venezuela boss Noel Sanvicente has recalled Fernando Amorebieta to his starting XI, with Franklin Lucena stepping aside.
Brazil have gone some way to righting the wrongs of recent matches, with Venezuela the victims of their search for atonement. Willian struck at the beginning and the end of the first half to send the Selecao into a deserved lead at the break. For La Vinotinto, individual mistakes have abounded, and they could be in trouble in the second half if this trend continues. Stay tuned.
And that will do it from Fortaleza as Brazil clinch a vital win to get their World Cup qualification campaign up and running. After losing their first game against Chile, the Selecao are back to winning ways here. Venezuela can have no complaints - they were outclassed and outmaneuvered at every turn.
That's all from me, hope you enjoyed this one. Bye for now.
