FULL-TIME! No, they cannot, as the referee brings proceedings to a close. It has finished 5-0 to Napoli at the Stadio San Paolo.
90'
Two minutes of added time now, with Napoli still searching for another goal. Can they record a biggest-ever home win?
86'
Another chance for Napoli, who go close to a sixth goal through Allan, who drives wide from close-range. Callejon is the next to carve an opening, but his shot is tame and Andersen is able to save.
83'
David López gets yellow.
Gabbiadini should have scored! He gets into a perfect position to get onto the end of Callejon's cross, but he heads well wide of the target. Frustrating for the young forward, who has certainly played well enough to claim the match-ball this evening.
80'
This is nothing less than Napoli have deserved this evening, and the score-line does not flatter them. An excellent display from Sarri's men, who are signalling their intent in this competition.
77'
José Callejón has scored a goal for Napoli! Assist by M. Valdifiori.
GOOOOOAAALLLLLLLLLL!!!!!! IT'S FIVE. And it's Jose Callejon! The former Real Madrid man may never have scored an easier goal, as he rises unmarked to nod home from the corner. 5-0 to Napoli!
76'
Lovely link-up play from El Kaddouri and Lopez results in the former getting his shot away on the edge of the box, but it is deflected away for a corner. Validifiore delivers...
74'
Maggio dinks in a cross towards Callejon, only for Banggaard to get there first. Pusic and Urena combien down the left to get Midtjylland clear, only for the Costa Rican to then conceded possession.
73'
Hysaj has some defending to do now at the other end, and he is up to the task of marshalling Pirone Sisto - with a little help from Koulibaly. Allan drives Napoli upfield, but Banggaard makes a timely interception to prevent the Brazilian getting in on goal.
69'
E. Hysaj enters the game and replaces I. Strinić.
P. Sisto enters the game and replaces K. Olsson.
Another change now from Sarri, who brings on Hysaj - who he had under his charge at Empoli last season - in place of Strinic. And the substitute almost has an immediate impact, as he forces Andersen into a good stop with a curling strike from the edge of the area.
Minute
Description
66'
Gabbiadini almost has his hat-trick after latching onto Callejon's sublime back-heel, but the forward's shot is blocked on the edge of the six-yard box. Unlucky!
63'
Maggio wins possession for Napoli deep in Midtjylland territory. It is worked to El Kaddouri, but Pusic nips in and the visitors counter. It eventually gets crossed in to Royer, but his volley is nowhere near the target.
62'
M. Pusic enters the game and replaces P. Onuachu.
60'
STAT-ATTACK: Napoli are the top-scorers in the Europa League this term, having now netted 15 times in their opening four games.
58'
Good save from Andersen, who has to react sharply to parry over Allan's dipping effort. Valifiorde drifts the resulting corner towards Chiriches, but the former Tottenham man miss-times his header.
57'
José Callejón enters the game and replaces L. Insigne.
CLOSE! A fine effort from Gabbiadini, who twists and turns before trying a shot from distance that sneaks just wide of the left-hand upright. The pause in play allows Napoli to makie another change, with Callejon replacing Insigne.
54'
C. Maggio has scored a goal for Napoli! Assist by O. El Kaddouri.
GOOOOOOAAAALLLLL! Maggio makes it 4-0 to Napoli! The verteran full-back drives in from the right wing, shirking off his marker before slotting in a cute finish off the post. Briiliant play from Maggio, who now has his first Europa League goal of the season.
53'
Allan enters the game and replaces M. Hamšík.
A change from Sarri now, who - obviosuly with half-an-eye on Napoli's domestic duties - introduces Allan in place of star-man Hamsik.
51'
SAVE! A really well-worked chance from Midtjylland sees Pepe Reina called into action for the first time this evening. Poulsen breaks forward down the right and flicks in a cross to the head of Onuachu. The 21-year-old nods it into the path of Olsson, but Reina is alert to come out and smother the Swede's effort.
49'
Valdifiori lofts a lovely ball towards Insigne, who takes it in his stride with a deft first-touch. He cuts back onto his right foot, but his cross-come-shot is shanked wide.
47'
One change for Midtjylland, with Kian Hansen going off and attacking midfielder urena coming on. But it is Napoli who are doing all the attacking early in the second half, as Valdifiori whips in another testing corner that evades Andersen, but Gabbiadini is unable to connect with his attempted header.
46'
M. Ureña enters the game and replaces K. Hansen.
KICK-OFF! The visitors get us back under way in Naples, kicking from right to left.
45'
HALF-TIME! Another opportunity for Napoli in the final moments of the first-half, as El Kaddouri is fouled on the right wing. Valdifiori delivers... but Midtyjlland manage to clear their lines and the referee signals for half-time.
42'
Possession stats do not always result in an accurate reflection of a game, but in this case they certainly do. The hosts have had over 70 per-cent of the ball so far tonight, and it is no surprise to see them take such a commanding lead.
39'
Onuachu holds the ball up well for Midtjylland, only for play to be braught back after the offside flag is raised. Hamsik re-starts Napoli's attack, but Insigne is well-marshalled by Romer.
38'
M. Gabbiadini has scored a goal for Napoli! Assist by David López.
GOOOOOAALLLLL! 3-0! And it's that man Gabbiadini again, who has his second-brace againts Midtjylland. Strinic drills in a cross to Lopez, but the midfielder is unable to get his shot away. The ball squirms out to Gabbiadini, however, and the in-form forward side-foots in his second of the match.
35'
WHAT A MISS! Strinic drives in a low-cross, but it is deflected wide for a corner. Valdifori delivers a sumptous ball to the back post, but Koulibaly fails to keep his header down.
32'
STAT ATACK: While Napoli are unbeaten in 13 games across all competitions, Midtjylland, second in the Danish Superliga, have lost their last four fixtures.
30'
CHANCE! More lovely, precise play from Napoli as Hamsik slides in Strinic, who bursts into the box down the left. He gets his head up and squares it across goal where El Kaddouri is waiting, but the pass is over-hit and the chance is gone.
27'
Chiriches tries an audacious pass to Insigne, but Midtjylland get it clear. Hamsik wins it back quickly, however, and Napoli maintain possession well as they look to work another opening.
24'
Napoli have been superb so far this evening, and have carved open Midtylland's defence at will. The Danish champions are renowed for their stoic and stubbord back-line, but they have been no match for Napoli's excellent attacking play.
23'
M. Gabbiadini has scored a goal for Napoli!
GOOOOOAALLLL! Gabbiadini makes it 2-0 to Napoli, dispatching home coolly from close-range after Andersen had made a good save from Insigne, who had been played in by Hamsik.
20'
Another chance for Napoli as Hamsik curls in a free-kick into a angerous area, but El Kaddouri's half-volley is blocked. Strinic recovers possession, but he is hounded out by several Midjylland defenders.
17'
SO CLOSE! Patient build-up play from Napoli as they work it out to Insigne on the left. The winger whips in an instant cross that Gabbiadini - who netted twice in the reverse fixture - dives to meet, but his header trickles just wide.
14'
That goal is no less than Maurizio Sarri's side deserve. Midtjylland have been no match for them so far, and the hosts look in complete control.
13'
O. El Kaddouri has scored a goal for Napoli! Assist by L. Insigne.
GOOOOOOOAAAAALLLLL! El Kaddouri makes no mistake this time as he fires through the legs of Andersen after being played in by Insigne's delighful throughball. 1-0 Napoli!
11'
Novak makes a rare foray forward for the visitors, who have been camped in their own half for much of the opening 10 minutes. He concedes possession, though, and Napoli are able to launch another attack.
9'
What an effort from Insigne! The diminutive winger - who has netted six times in Serie A this season - cuts inside from the left before firing a curling effort towards the far corner that drifts agonisingly wide. Unlucky!
5'
It's been a strong start from Napoli, who are controlling proceedings early on. They have taken maximum points from their Europa League matches so far this term, while Midtjylland have earned six points from a possible nine.
2'
GREAT CHANCE! Napoli almost take the lead in the opening two minutes! Hamsik finds El Kaddouri with a great pass over the top. The striker looks like he is set to nuge home from close range, but Novak slides in to make a vital interception.
1'
KICK-OFF! We are under way at the Stadio San Paolo!
Hello and welcome to our LIVE coverage of this Europa League clash between Napoli and Midtjylland. I'm Patric Ridge, and I'll be bringing you all the action from the Stadio San Paolo.
The teams are in from Naples, so without further ado, let's see who will be featuring this evening, starting with the hosts.
Napoli (4-3-3): Reina; Maggio, Chiriches, Koulibaly, Strinic; Hamsik, Valdifori, David Lopez; El Kaddouri, Gabbiadini, Insigne.
Napoli Substitutes: Hysaj, Allan, Callejon, Jorginho, Higuain, Gabriel, Albiol.
So three changes in total for the hosts from the last times that these sides met - a game in which Napoli sealed a convincing 4-1 victory in Denmark. Hamsik replaces Allan in midfield, while Callejon drops to the bench to be replaced by Insigne. Strinic replaces Ghoulam in the other change.
Three changes as well for the visitors, with Onachu and Olsson coming in for Pusic and Rasmussen, while Banggaard returns to defence at the expence of Duelund, with Hansen - a defender by trade - being deployed in midfield tonight.
Well what a game this has been for Napoli. They have demolished their Danish opponents in the opening period with superb build-up play and clinical finishing. El Kaddouri's maiden Europa League goal started things off for them early on, with Gabbiadini's double putting the hosts well in control.
It has been a difficult watch for Jess Thorup, who has seen his usually solid side dismantled in this first half. He has options to bring on from the bench if he so wishes, including forward duo Pusic and Rasmussen, but it may be about damage limitation now for Midtjylland, whoa lready look well-beaten and devoid of ideas.
Another hugely impressive display from the Serie A outift, there, who have now won all of their opening four Group D fixtures to secure their place in the knock-out phases.
It is testement to Napoli's strength-in-depth that this victory came without key figures such as Dries Mertens and Ginzalo Higuain, while Manolo Gabbiadini continues to impress when he replaces the Argentine up top.
As for Midtjylland, they remain in second in Group D heading into the final couple of fixtures, but only by two points - with Club Brugge having claimed a victory over Leiga Warsaw in tonight's other game.
Well, that's all from me for tonight, folks, with Napoli having run-out 5-0 winners over Midtjylland courtesy of goals from Omar El Kaddouri - his first for the club - Christian Maggio, Jose Callejon and a brace from Manolo Gabbiadini. It is a 14th consecutive triumph for Sarri's side in all compettions, while the Danish Champions have now lost five on the bounce. I've been Patric Ridge, and until next time, goodbye!
