Late chance for Cavani! Motta launches a beautiful lofted pass over the Lyon defence and into the chest of the Uruguayan, but he mistimes his attempted volley and completely misses the ball before the linesman's flag is raised. That is surely that, and Lyon are now mere seconds away from picking up a huge win!
90' +1
The home fans are going absolutely wild as their team continue to push forward. Understandably, they are in no rush to put the ball into the box, and all they are doing is desperately trying to keep possession as far away from PSG as possible.
90'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be two minutes of added time. Can Lyon hold on and pick up what would be a stunning victory?
89'
Lucas Moura gets yellow.
PSG patiently pass the ball around inside the Lyon half of the pitch before a half-hearted attacking move breaks down. Ghezzal immediately tries to break away on a blisteringly quick counter-attack through the middle, but he's cynically fouled by Lucas and the Brazilian is shown a late yellow card as a result.
88'
Z. Labidi enters the game and replaces Darder.
87'
Darder slowly makes his way off the pitch to be replaced by Labidi for the final few minutes of the game.
85'
Vital stop by Trapp! Lacazette breaks through the disjointed PSG back line before charging towards a loose ball on the edge of the penalty area, but the goalkeeper is just about able to poke the ball away from the Lyon striker before thumping it away from Ghezzal, who was just a yard or so away from making contact inside the box.
84'
B. Koné enters the game and replaces M. Cornet.
Lyon have made a late change, and it's a defensive one, with Cornet making way for Kone.
83'
Chance for Ibrahimovic! A lovely cross flies over the top of the Lyon defence and into the path of the Swedish striker, who brings the ball down well under pressure. He then tries to pick out Matuidi instead of shooting, but his attempted pass is easily cut out by Yanga-Mbiwa before it can find the recently-introduced midfielder.
82'
Smart save by Trapp! Ghezzal twists and turns on the right of the PSG penalty area before firing a low shot through the legs of Maxwell and towards the bottom right-hand corner of the net, but the German goalkeeper does wonderfully well to readjust his body before tipping the strike away from danger.

Description
80'
Lyon push deep into the PSG half of the pitch, but with just 10 minutes left to play they don't look to be in a hurry to fling the ball into the visitors' penalty area. They seem to be content to hold on to possession for as long as possible, but with such a narrow lead that could prove to be a risky move.
78'
B. Matuidi enters the game and replaces A. Rabiot.
Matuidi comes on to replace Rabiot for the final 12 minutes of the game. Can he help PSG find the equaliser that they crave so desperately?
77'
PSG work the ball around well deep inside the Lyon half of the pitch before Maxwell swings a dangerous cross into the heart of the hosts' penalty area, but it fails to find a blue shirt and is easily dealt with by Morel, who has done wonderfully well in his makeshift centre-back role.
75'
O. Kemen enters the game and replaces Rafael.
Rafael receives a rousing round of applause from the home fans as he makes his way off the pitch to be replaced by Kemen, who comes on to make his senior debut.
74'
A. Rabiot gets yellow.
Tackles are flying in all over the place, and the yellow card is out once again! This time it's Rabiot who is cautioned for a high tackle on Gonalons as the midfielder was breaking forward.
73'
Rafael gets yellow.
And now Rafael enters the referee's book after flying in to Silva with a late sliding challenge just outside of the PSG penalty area.
72'
J. Ferri gets yellow.
A Lyon attacking move breaks down, allowing PSG to try and fly forward on a quick counter-attack through Lucas. The Brazilian initially does well to sprint down the left wing but is clattered into by Ferri, who picks up a yellow card as a result.
71'
Cavani goes down inside the penalty area, but nothing is given! Ibrahimovic breaks towards the edge of the Lyon box before sending a great pass over to Pastore. The Argentine then taps the ball into the feet of the aforementioned Uruguayan, who immediately goes down under a tackle from Yanga-Mbiwa, but his fall was an incredibly theatrical one and the referee quickly waves for play to go on.
69'
Rafael breaks forward on another strong run down the right wing before earning his side a free-kick in a very dangerous position. Darder steps up and curls a cross into the heart of the penalty area, but Silva is there to cut out the danger before Van der Wiel thumps the ball up towards the halfway line.
67'
Ibrahimovic scores, but it's ruled out for offside! PSG hit Lyon on a counter-attack as they break down the right flank incredibly quickly. Cavani picks up the ball in space before sending a lovely pass into the feet of the Swedish striker, who then beats Lopes with a well-hit shot, but just as the ball hits the back of the net the linesman's flag is raised.
65'
Ibrahimovic, who has only had one clear-cut chance on goal in what has been a difficult game for him, muscles his way towards the edge of the Lyon penalty area before chipping a tame shot straight into the hands of Lopes. The Swedish striker looks incredibly frustrated at how things are going at the moment.
63'
E. Cavani gets yellow.
Cavani, who has had a difficult evening thus far, cynically drags Bedimo to the ground and ends up receiving a yellow card. He doesn't look at all happy with the referee's decision but he can't have any complaints.
61'
What an opportunity for Lacazette! Rafael flies down the right flank before sending a wonderful low cross into the heart of the PSG penalty area. It finds the aforementioned striker in acres of space, but somehow he ends up firing his close-range strike straight into the body of Trapp and over the top of the crossbar. He really should have done better with that!
59'
Wonderful chance for Yanga-Mbiwa! Ghezzal steps up and curls a wonderful cross over to the far post from the set-piece, and the centre-back meets the ball well before sending his bullet header agonisingly wide of the goal.
58'
G. van der Wiel gets yellow.
Cornet tries to skip past Van der Wiel deep down the left wing and is clumsily tripped over by the full-back, resulting in a yellow card for the Dutchman and a free-kick for Lyon in a very dangerous position just five or six yards outside of the PSG penalty area.
57'

55'
Pastore charges through the middle of the pitch before threading a lovely through-ball into the path of Cavani, but Bedimo is there to out-muscle the Uruguayan before forcing the forward into fouling him near to the byline.
53'
What a chance for Ferri! Cornet flies down the left wing on an excellent run before skipping past Silva, who doesn't do enough with his attempted interception. The Lyon youngster then cuts a lovely pass back to the number 12, who immediately fires a side-footed shot just a few yards wide of the near post.
51'
Lucas Moura has scored a goal for PSG!
GOAL! PSG are back in the game! Pastore muscles his way into the Lyon penalty area and fights with a sea of white shirts before the ball is poked back to Lucas, who immediately unleashes a curling strike that flies past the outstretched hand of Lopes and into the back of the net. Game on!
50'
Maxwell charges down the left flank and cuts into the penalty areabefore trying to cut a pass back to Lucas, but Gonalons is there to pull off a vital sliding interception before firing the ball out of play for a PSG corner that Yanga-Mbiwa does well to meet with his head.
48'
Great save by Trapp! Lyon move the ball around quickly on the edge of the PSG penalty area before Cornet cuts on to his right foot and unleashes a chipped strike. It takes a slight deflection that makes it look as if it's going to find the top right-hand corner of the net, but the German goalkeeper is just about able to tip it away from the goal and out for a corner.
46'
J. Pastore enters the game and replaces B. Stambouli.
PSG have made one substitution during the half-time break, with Pastore coming on to replace Stambouli.
And we're underway once again!
45' +2
Darder has scored a goal for Lyon! Assist by Rafael.
GOAL! Lyon have doubled their lead right at the end of the first half! Rafael breaks down the right flank and finds himself in a pocket of space before whipping a bouncing cross into the middle of the PSG penalty area. It finds Darder, who flicks the ball over the head of Silva with a beautiful touch before poking his close-range shot past Trapp and into the back of the net. What a stunning opening 45 minutes this has been!
That was an absolutely excellent cross from Rafael, who picked out Darder perfectly, but he was left in far too much space down the right wing after both Luiz and Maxwell fell asleep.
45' +1
It's all PSG at the moment as they swarm into the Lyon half of the pitch in search of an equaliser, but the hosts are now sitting deeper than they were previously and are doing well to largely frustrate the visitors, who, bar Lucas' chance a few minutes ago, have found little joy in front of goal.
45'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be two minutes of added time.
44'
Lucas hits the post! Stambouli and Ibrahimovic play a quick one-two just outside of the Lyon penalty area before the latter fires an almighty strike that Lopes is only just able to parry away. He can only push the ball into the path of the aforementioned Brazilian, however, but his first-time follow-up is sent straight into the woodwork before the linesman's flag is raised for offside.
43'
M. Yanga-Mbiwa gets yellow.
Yanga-Mbiwa catches Ibrahimovic in the side of the face before dragging the Swedish striker to the ground after battling in the air for the ball, and the referee immediately shows him a yellow card for his heavy-handed defending.
41'
Once again, Lyon immediately hit PSG on the counter as Ghezzal sprints down the right wing on an excellent run forward. He then cuts inside and unleashes a rocket of a shot from 20 yards out, but there's far too much power on the strike and it ends up clearing the top of the crossbar by quite some distance.
40'
Strong goalkeeping by Lopes! Stambouli flies through the Lyon back line and breaks forward on an excellent run towards the edge of the Lyon penalty area, but just as he's about to penetrate the box he's dispossessed by the Portuguese goalkeeper, who dispossesses the midfielder with a vital sliding tackle.
38'
So close from Lacazette! A PSG free-kick deep inside the Lyon half of the pitch is easily dealt with by the hosts, who immediately break away on a blisteringly quick counter-attack. Cornet flies forward before picking out the aforementioned striker, who penetrates the penalty area but is unable to get a shot away before having his pocket picked by Stambouli.
36'
Excellent save by Lopes! The goalkeeper, who has had very little to do thus far, dives down low to deny Silva the opportunity to fire PSG back into the game with a well-placed, downward header. That looked set for the back of the net.
35'
Lucas goes close! Van der Wiel flies down the right wing before curling a wonderful cross into the penalty area. The aforementioned Brazilian controls it well before spinning and unleashing a thumping volley, but it takes a deflection off Gonalons that sends it flying marginally wide of the far post and out for a corner.
34'
PSG are finally able to push forward on one of their first clear-cut attacking moves of the half as Rabiot charges down the left flank. He skips past a sliding tackle from Darder before firing a cross into the Lyon box, but it's poorly hit and fails to find its way past Yanga-Mbiwa.
32'
Cavani is penalised for a poor challenge, and not for the first time this evening, and Lyon are awarded a free-kick on the right wing midway inside the PSG galf of the pitch. Ghezzal sends a lovely cross into the penalty area, where it almost finds Yanga-Mbiwa, but Trapp is just about able to deal with the danger before the ball can find the centre-back.
30'
Raffael and Ghezzal link up well deep down the right flank before the latter earns his side yet another corner. It's curled towards the near post but is underhit, which makes it easy for Trapp to deal with the set-piece with a comfortable stop.
28'
What an opportunity for Ghezzal! Lacazette and Ferri play a quick one-two between themselves on the edge of the PSG box before the latter tees up the Algerian. He's left in far too much space and quickly fires a curling shot towards the top right-hand corner of the net, but it ends up flying agonisingly wide of its intended target.
26'
This has arguably been Lyon's best 25 minutes of the season thus far, and it's continually causing problems for PSG. The league leaders are finding it nigh on impossible to break out of their own half of the pitch, and as a result Ibrahimovic has barely seen any of the ball thus far.
24'
Chance for Ghezzal! Van der Wiel loses possession on the left flank, and once again Lyon's pressing allows them fly forward on an excellent counter-attack. Lacazette charges through the middle of the pitch before teeing up the aforementioned Algerian, but he's unable to beat Trapp with a swinging shot from just outside of the PSG penalty area.
23'
T. Motta gets yellow.
22'
Big call by the referee! Motta and Ferri have a coming together in the middle of the pitch, and the Italian ends up striking the Frenchman on the side of the face. The Lyon plays immediately scream for a red card, and with good reason, but after consulting the fourth official the man in charge only decides to brandish a yellow.
20'
And now Darder goes close! Once again, PSG are unable to fully clear the danger, resulting in Lyon regaining possession in a dangerous position deep inside the visitors' half of the pitch. With his back to goal, the aforementioned Spaniard spins round Silva and skips past Rabiot before firing a thumping shot from just outside of the penalty area that Trapp is just about able to parry away with a strong save.
18'
PSG try to push forward on a counter-attack but sloppily lose the ball in the middle of the pitch, allowing Lyon to break away quickly. Lacazette charges towards the penalty area before unleashing a low, 20-yard shot, but it's sent straight into the hands of Trapp.
17'
Nervy goalkeeping by Trapp! Ghezzal twists and turns deep down the right flank before being clattered into by a cynical challenge from Cavani, resulting in a free-kick for Lyon in a very dangerous position. It's curled into the middle of the box, where the PSG goalkeeper flaps at the ball and sends it looping just over the top of the crossbar.
15'
PSG immediately push forward from the restart as they desperate try to find a quick equaliser, but, after good play by Cavani, Ibrahimovic ends up completely miskicking his 15-yard strike and sends it bouncing straight into the feet of Yanga-Mbiwa in the middle of the Lyon penalty area.
13'
M. Cornet has scored a goal for Lyon! Assist by A. Lacazette.
Assist Alexandre Lacazette
GOAL! Lyon have taken the lead! Their continued pressure pays off, and PSG's defence have finally cracked! The hosts work the ball around quickly on the edge of the visitors' penalty area before Lacazette chips a lovely cross over to the far post, where it finds Cornet. The forward brings it down wonderfully and cuts past Van der Wiel before unleashing a thumping strike that beats Trapp and buries itself in the bottom right-hand corner of the net. What a start for Les Gones!
12'
Lyon are continuing to put pressure on PSG, who are finding it incredibly difficult to deal with the strong start from the hosts. They have adopted a high line and are continually pushing far up the pitch, which, so far, has resulted in plenty of joy for them inside the final third.
10'
Chance for Ghezzal! Once again, Lyon unsettle the PSG defence with their quick movement on the edge of the visitors' penalty area. They move the ball around well before it reaches the Algerian, but his first touch is poor and he's quickly closed down by Maxwell, denying him the opportunity to shoot.
8'
The resulting set-piece is initially dealt with by PSG before Lyon come back once again. Ferri darts into the left-hand side of the penalty area before whipping a low cross-cum-shot towards the near post, but it can only find the hands of Trapp.
7'
Vital tackle by Maxwell! Ghezzal cuts inside from the left wing and immediately heads towards the edge of the PSG box on a great run. He weaves his way through a sea of blue shirts and then tees up Lacazette with a lovely through-ball, but just as the striker is about to shoot he's dispossessed by the aforementioned Brazilian, resulting in a corner for the hosts.
6'
Gonalons breaks forward on a marauding run through the middle of the pitch before sending the ball over to Cornet, who then quickly knocks it into the path of Bedimo. The left-back immediately tries to fire a cross into the PSG penalty area but Van der Wiel is there to dispossess the Cameroonian before he is able to do so.
4'
PSG patiently pass the ball around near to the halfway line before Luiz tries to pick out Lucas with a lofted, cross-field pass over to the right flank, but it's well read by Bedimo, who is there to meet the ball on the edge of the Lyon box before nodding it back to Lopes.
3'
Cornet tries to muscle his way down the left wing but is trampled on by Van der Wiel, resulting in a free kick for Lyon midway inside the PSG half of the pitch. The set-piece is whipped into the middle of the penalty area, but it's sent too near to Trapp and the goalkeeper is easily able to deal with the danger as a result.
1'
And we're off! PSG get us underway, attacking from right to left.
Good evening and welcome to our live text commentary of today’s Ligue 1 game between Lyon and Paris Saint-Germain at Parc Olympique Lyonnais.
It’s been a great two weeks for PSG, who bounced back from a frustrating goalless draw with Lille by winning back-to-back games. A 2-1 victory at home to Chelsea has given them a good chance of reaching the quarter-finals of the Champions League, whilst last weekend’s relatively comfortable thumping of struggling Reims means that they remain light years ahead of nearest challengers Monaco, and that gap could extend to 26 points if they are victorious this evening. The reigning champions haven’t lost a single league game all season and have been beaten just once in their last 48 competitive clashes. As a result, it’s difficult to see how a struggling Lyon side will be able to stop that excellent run with a shock win tonight.
Paris Saint-Germain substitutes: Sirigu, Kurzawa, Marquinhos, Nkunku, Matuidi, Pastore, Augustin.
Paris Saint-Germain XI (4-3-3): Trapp; Van der Wiel, Silva, Luiz, Maxwell; Stambouli, Motta, Rabiot; Lucas, Ibrahimovic, Cavani.
There’s just over 15 minutes left to go until kick-off, so let’s have a look at how the two teams will be lining up this evening…
Bruno Genesio has decided to make four changes to the Lyon side that lost 1-0 away to Lille last weekend, with Rafael, Henri Bedimo, Maxime Gonalons and Sergi Darder coming into the starting line-up to replace Christophe Jallet, Samuel Umtiti, Clement Grenier and Mathieu Valbuena.
How things change in 12 months… The last time these two sides met on this ground, Lyon were sitting two points clear of PSG at the top of the Ligue 1 table, full of hope about their chances of pipping the Parisians to the title. In the end, they were unable to do so, and an underwhelming year means that they now lie a whopping 34 points behind their opponents, who are running riot and have all but wrapped up yet another stunning league championship. A difficult first half of the campaign resulted in former manager Hubert Fournier being given the sack just two days before Christmas, and since then things haven’t looked much better for Les Gones. New boss, and former player, Bruno Genesio has enjoyed a few high points since taking over, but his side are still plagued by the inconsistencies that resulted in their former coach losing his job. Last weekend’s 1-0 defeat away to Lille means that they now sit in a disappointing eighth place, just two points clear of 12th-place Bordeaux and with another tough contest to deal with tonight.
Meanwhile, PSG boss Laurent Blanc has decided to make three alterations to the side that featured in the aforementioned win against Reims, with Layvin Kurzawa, Marco Verratti and Angel Di Maria making way for Maxwell, Benjamin Stambouli and Lucas Moura, respectively.
The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off.
HALF-TIME: LYON 2-0 PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN
After a sensational first half, Lyon head into the break with a well-deserved 2-0 lead against a team that, for one of the first times this season, look as if their sensational winning run might be coming to an end. The hosts have been all over PSG, who have failed to deal with the pressure and have constantly cracked every time Les Gones push forward. Time and time again, Cornet, Lacazette and, in particular, Ghezzal have caused problems for the league leaders with their pace and skill, and as a result the Parisians now have a mountain to climb if they are to avoid losing a Ligue 1 game for the first time this season.
The two teams are making their way back out onto the pitch ahead of the start of the second half.
FULL-TIME: LYON 2-1 PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN
The referee blows his whistle for the final time and the crowd go crazy! Lyon have done the unthinkable and have ended PSG's 36-game Ligue 1 unbeaten run, handing the league leaders their first defeat in all competitions since the start of November. As a result, Les Gones join Barcelona and Real Madrid as the only teams to beat the Parisians in the past 11 months, and they fully deserve the well-earned victory.
From start to finish, Lyon continually put PSG under an incredible amount of pressure, which restricted the visitors' creativity inside the final third of the pitch and made it difficult for them to carve out chances on goal. As a result, they were able to pick apart their opponents on the counter, and they did so time and time again with plenty of joy.
