OSPINA SAVES AGAIN! One more for good measure for the keeper, who does very well to collect Ortiz's well-hit effort from distance. That might just do it!
90' +3
A touch too hard! Colombia break in numbers with Paraguay sending everyone forward. James rolls a pass through for Bacca, who would have been in on goal, but the striker cut inside when the ball went outside, and the pace behind the pass proves too much for Bacca to recover and collect.
90' +1
There will be five minutes added on at the end of this match! Still a chance for a sting in the tale...
90'
Y. Mina enters the game and replaces C. Zapata.
Colombia make their final change as Zapata is replaced after all, with Yerry Mina taking his place - the first cap for the centre-half.
89'
Paraguay into desperation mode as they launch bodies forward despite playing shorthanded. Colombia have so many men back to defend, yet they can't get anywhere near the ball. It's simply not good enough in defence from the Cafeteros.
87'
M. Moreno enters the game and replaces J. Cuadrado.
He's back? Zapata, who looked like he was dying a few seconds ago, jogs back onto the pitch showing no ill-effects after being carried off the pitch. That's a weird one to say the least.
Meanwhile, Colombia make their final change of the match as Cuadrado is replaced by Marlos Moreno.
86'
Uh oh! Well you just hate to see this. Zapata buries his head in his hands as he's carried off the pitch on a stretcher. This looks an ominous one for the centre-half who pulled up after lunging for a loose ball.
84'
STAT: Paraguay have advanced past the group stage in eight of the last nine editions of the Copa America, while making an appearance in each of the last two semi-finals.
83'
OFF THE WOODWORK! Terrific interplay on the counter from Colombia as Cardona is played through on the left, but his strike across the face of goal rattles the frame with Villar beaten! That would have put this one to bed!
Minute
Description
81'
Ó. Romero gets a second yellow card and is sent off.
PARAGUAY DOWN TO 10-MEN! That's just unacceptable! Romero takes too long on the ball, conceding possession before committing a rugby tackle of his opponent. It's a second yellow for him less than two minutes after picking up his first! What a shocking turn of events!
79'
Ó. Romero gets yellow.
Romero is forced into a cynical challenge, taking one for the team to stop a counter, and he's booked for his troubles.
77'
To say Paraguay are on top at the moment is an understatement. They could easily be ahead in this game right now, but they aren't letting it bother them. They're sending bodies forward in waves as they get after a tiring Colombia defence.
75'
OSPINA SAYS NO! Brilliant touch from Sanabria to evade Zapata's challenge and play Benitez through on the right. The striker slides to send an effort at goal, but Ospina plucks it out of the air, having to scamper across to the far post!
73'
IT'S GAME ON NOW! The moment of brilliance Paraguay needed, and it comes at the perfect time for them. Los Guaranies have a spring in their step and you can almost feel the momentum shifting entirely in their favour. Ospina has made some sensational saves tonight, but there isn't a keeper in the world who's stopping that.
71'
V. Ayala has scored a goal for Paraguay!
FRAME IT AND PUT IT ON THE MANTLE! IT'S AN ABSOLUTE STUNNER! Victor Ayala grabs his first international goal and it's a beauty! He picks up the ball and takes a few steps forward, just to the right of goal, before unloading a remarkable strike over the head of Ospina and dipping just under the bar, into the top corner from 25 yards!
70'
COLOMBIA DENIED THEIR THIRD! Well both teams have had goals called back now for offside, with the linesman getting it right on each occasion. Cardona dummies the ball into the path of Bacca inside the area, but the flag goes up immediately after the striker's first-time strike beat Villar.
69'
Ortiz is facilitating Paraguay through midfield admirably, but he's lying far too deep. There's so much space in front of him which he simply isn't willing to take, instead picking out passes for those around him. It's working, but he moves even five yards forward, Colombia would be pinned well back in their end.
67'
A. Sanabria enters the game and replaces D. Lezcano.
Paraguay out of substitutions now as Ramon Diaz goes to his bench for a final time, calling upon young Sporting Gijon striker Antonio Sanabria at the expense of Lezcano.
65'
STAT: Colombia have not conceded any goals in their last four Copa America games (W2, D2), but they’ve scored only three in the last six (before tonight).
63'
D. Lezcano gets yellow.
A yellow card for Lezcano was long in the works and he finally gets it for what seems like his 100th foul of the night. He barks at the referee after the incident, and he should tread carefully here.
62'
WHAT. A. SAVE! Absolutely sensational goalkeeping from Ospina! He flies through the air at full-stretch to keep a header from flying into the top corner! If it weren't for his heroics, this game would be level!
60'
Colombia are approaching dangerous territory as they rest on their laurels, sitting back to defend this two-goal lead. Paraguay are inching closer to finding their first goal of the tournament, but they need to get it soon to make for a grandstand finish.
58'
G. Celis enters the game and replaces S. Pérez.
Ospina is down now! It's been a rough night for the keepers! Benitez makes a strong run and rolls a nicely weighted ball through for Lezcano. Ospina sprints well off his line to slide in and clear, but he pays the price in colliding hard with Lezcano.
Colombia make their first change as Pekerman opts to bring on Celis for Perez, to shore up the midfield.
56'
CRUCIAL BLOCK! Almiron remains very active for Paraguay, but Zapata matches the striker's intensity, scampering across to block the midfielder's strike from close-range. That was an excellent job by the centre-half to close his gap quickly.
54'
STAT: These sides have met nine times in the Copa America, with five wins for Paraguay and three for Colombia (D1).
52'
Paraguay continue their ascent, and Colombia's foul trouble continues as Perez drags down Almiron to concede a free-kick in a near identical position to the last. This time, however, Ayala goes for goal, rather ambitiously, and lifts a strike miles over the bar.
50'
Oh wow, this is an interesting turn of events to say the least! The referee was pointing to the penalty spot for Paraguay, but he went against his original decision because of the offside flag - but the player fouled wasn't the one who was offside so it should have stood! A massive break for Colombia!
48'
Paraguay pick up where they left off at the end of the first half, enjoying plenty of time on the ball before Romero wins a free-kick on the edge of the final third. Ayala delivers this time, but play is blown dead as a result of another offside from Valdez.
46'
V. Ayala enters the game and replaces R. Piris Da Motta.
J. Benítez enters the game and replaces E. Benítez.
Jorge Benitez also enters the fray for his namesake, Edgar.
Victor Ayala comes on at the break, and will join his Lanus team-mate Almiron in midfield, replacing Piris.
Here we go again! Can Paraguay mount a comeback?
45' +5
HALF-TIME: COLOMBIA 2-0 PARAGUAY.
OFF THE BAR! Lezcano takes, making perfect contact with the strike, but Ospina gets the slightest of touches on the effort to turn it onto the bar! Colombia escape with one as Paraguay come within inches of cutting the deficit in half before the break!
45' +4
J. Murillo gets yellow.
Murillo takes down Lezcano just outside the area, with the striker aided by a remarkable first touch, and the centre-half is booked for his foul... but more importantly is the chance Paraguay will have from the ensuing free-kick to pull a goal back with what will surely be the last kick of the half.
45' +2
Colombia respond with a missed chance of their own! They have the opportunity to break three-against-one, with Cuadrado sprinting onto the ball, but Bacca fails to communicate with him, stepping in front to claim it for himself. The striker had to slow down to collect it, and that allows Paraguay to get bodies back in defence.
45'
As a result of the two lengthy injury delays, there are four minutes set to be added on at the end of this first half.
44'
HOW DID HE MISS THAT?! Romero delivers another free-kick in from the left, but this time the cross is picture-perfect. An unmarked Valdez is on hand to meet it in the centre, but he gets caught between two minds, failing to direct it on target! That's a real missed opportunity for Los Guaranies!
42'
Paraguay have had their opportunities, predominantly from set-pieces, but they have to start making them count. Their deliveries, with the exception of the latest one, have lacked the necessary quality to really test this Colombia side who have been known to struggle in defending from set-pieces.
40'
STAT: Edwin Cardona had the most shots on target (three) and created the most chances (three) among Group A players on matchday one.
38'
OUCH! Samudio is caught from behind and rolls his ankle before going to ground. He's in a lot of pain as he limps off the pitch with the help of the training staff. Hopefully this is one he can walk off, because Paraguay need his services out on the pitch.
36'
ANOTHER CLINICAL BREAK! Cardona is sprung into space on the left, before curling a wonderful cross behind two defenders and into the path of Bacca at the far post. It arrives at a bit of an awkward height for the striker, however, as he sends a volley wide of the target.
34'
PARAGUAY PULL ONE BACK, BUT IT DOESN'T COUNT! Da Silva latches onto the end of a free-kick amidst a mess of bodies, sending a header thumping past the late reactions of Ospina... but the offside flag is raised! There was absolutely no need for him to be in an offside position! That's just careless.
32'
Colombia are firing on all cylinders, and when they're playing like this they are a joy to behold. Paraguay don't have any answers to combat the pace of this Cafeteros side, and they're paying dearly as a result.
30'
J. Rodríguez has scored a goal for Colombia! Assist by E. Cardona.
COLOMBIA'S GOLDEN BOY STRIKES AGAIN! Bacca takes on two players with a lovely run, before laying off for Cardona, who pokes the ball straight into the path of James. The Real Madrid attacker busted a gut to join the attack, and he places a terrific left-footed strike in at the far post!
What a delightful assist that was from Cardona to poke the ball over for James while falling to ground.
28'
STAT: Colombia have won each of their last three matches against Paraguay, all coming in World Cup qualifying. They scored two goals in each of those games.
26'
After a long talking to with the training staff, who are no doubt checking for a concussion, Villar slowly makes his way back up to his feet. He's not moving well at all as he rolls a pass out of his box to restart play. At this point it boils down to a matter of safety - it doesn't look like he should still be playing.
24'
FEARLESS GOALKEEPING! Murillo runs onto the end of a free-kick at the far post, but Villar flies off his line to punch clear with great distance, before colliding nastily with the Colombia centre-half. That was a dangerous situation and the keeper's worst fears may have been realised.
22'
Paraguay are winning the battles in the central areas, but it's Colombia who have dominated down the flanks and that has been the difference thus far. A well-worked-free-kick routine sees Almiron teed up for a strike from atop the area, but the midfielder's effort is blocked bravely by a Colombian defender.
20'
This is a spectacle to behold as both sides get up and down the pitch with impressive determination. Cuadrado is starting to come alive on the right-hand side, nearly picking out Bacca with his cross, but Gomez just manages to head over.
18'
STAT: Colombia have scored 11 goals in their last four games, all victories, with eight different players finding the back of the net.
16'
STRONG HANDS! The goal has done wonders to the tempo of the match, which is now being contested at a much higher pace. Diaz ventures forward again on the overlap before pulling it back for James, whose venomous strike takes a deflection off Da Silva before Villar manages to react to keep it out!
14'
As things stand, Colombia are on top of Group A with six points, ahead of USA (three). Paraguay and Costa Rica are locked at the bottom with one each, but they will be playing against the top two teams on the final matchday, so they're far from eliminated with this result - though it certainly makes matters more difficult.
12'
C. Bacca has scored a goal for Colombia! Assist by J. Rodríguez.
James, who wasn't a lock to play a part in this match, picks up the assist.
COLOMBIA HAVE A FOOT INTO THE KNOCKOUT STAGE! Exactly like they did against USA, the Cafeteros open the scoring from a corner. James serves up a terrific cross and Bacca rises above Samudio to send a header thumping into the back of the net!
11'
Colombia are starting to grow in stature as they push the tempo with a more direct approach in possession. Diaz makes a strong run on the overlap and whips in an inviting cross, but Samudio recovers to head behind for a corner.
9'
There's been a shocking amount of fouls up to this point, averaging over one per minute. Paraguay venture forward a couple times without much success, before a James shot whizzes over the bar on Colombia's first attack.
7'
STAT: On matchday one, Colombia fired the most shots on target among Group A teams (7), while Paraguay had the fewest (only one).
5'
With these two sides so familiar with one another, the slow start to proceedings shouldn't come as much of a surprise. Both teams are focused on perfecting their shape as the ball has hardly left the midfield third much in the opening minutes.
3'
Torres apologises profusely after getting a elbow up to the head of Romero, who goes down in a heap. Intent or not, that's often given as a yellow card. The Colombian midfielder is lucky to escape with one here as Romero slowly peels himself off the ground.
1'
WE'RE OFF! Colombia get us underway in their all-white kits, attacking right to left, with Paraguay in their classic red and white stripes.
Paraguay coach Ramon Diaz slammed the scheduling committee for not taking the weather into consideration, and he believes the humid conditions prevented his side from playing out to their full potential on Saturday in Orlando. It will be a whole 10 degrees (Celsius) cooler at kick-off tonight, so there will be little excuse should they again fail to live up to expectations.
Points in their opening matches has ensured neither side can be eliminated from the group stage tonight, while Colombia can ensure progression with a victory, which would take them to six points and top of Group A – a step in the right direction as they chase down a first semi-final appearance in the competition since 2004.

Colombia are boosted by James Rodriguez's quick recovery after dislocating his shoulder against USA in their opening match, as he's in the starting line-up tonight - an unchanged XI following their victory over the hosts.
Paraguay make a pair of changes from their scoreless draw with Costa Rica. Derlis Gonzalez is surprisingly withdrawn, as Lanus' Miguel Almiron earns just his second cap at the ripe age of 22. Up top it's Jorge Benitez who gives way, with Edgar Benitez brought in to partner Dario Lezcano.
The turnout at the Rose Bowl is admirable as a sea of yellow shirts burst into applause as James Rodriguez leads Colombia onto the pitch. There's a decent contingent of Paraguay supporters as well, with a smattering of empty pockets limited to the near touchline.
In a near-replica of their opening match, Colombia open the scoring from a corner early on, this time through Carlos Bacca, before James Rodriguez doubled their lead as for the second match in a row Los Cafeteros head into the interval 2-0 up.
Paraguay responded well after falling 2-0 down, coming close on a few occasions to pulling one back. Their positive end to the first half suggests there could just be another twist in the plot over the final 45 minutes, so you will want to stick around for this one.
That's all for our live coverage, thanks for following along! Goodbye!
Carlos Bacca and James Rodriguez put Colombia ahead early, before David Ospina's heroics halt Paraguay's comeback hopes as the Cafeteros become the first team to book their ticket to the knockout stage! It was a thrilling match from the Rose Bowl, one Los Guaranies will feel unlucky not to have gotten a result from, but they have plenty of positives to draw upon heading into their final match against USA - one they will have to win to progress.
