Arbeloa enters the game and replaces S. Byram.
Byram can’t continue and he’s stretchered off. Alvaro Arbeloa, who started at left-back last weekend, comes on in his place. That’s a big blow for Slaven Bilic with three other full-backs already out injured.
4'
Sam Byram has gone down close to the centre circle with what looks to be a hamstring injury. It doesn't look good for the West Ham right back who's shaking his head.

Kick-off! West Ham get us underway at London Stadium.
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the Premier League game between West Ham United and Middlesbrough at London Stadium.
Slaven Bilic’s West Ham side have endured a tough start to the season winning just one of their first six league games, and currently sit in the relegation zone on just three points following defeats in each of their last four league matches.
Middlesbrough have also failed to win any of their last four league games and are just two points above their opponents, however they have picked up four of their five league points this season away from home.
Team news: West Ham United (4-1-4-1): Adrian; Byram, Collins, Reid, Ogbonna; Obiang; Tore, Noble, Kouyate, Payet; Antonio
Four changes for West Ham as Sam Byram and James Collins come into the defence in place of Alvaro Arbeloa and the injured Havard Nordtveit, with Angelo Ogbonna switching to left-back.
Pedro Obiang and Gokhan Tore are the others to come into Slaven Bilic’s side replacing Manuel Lanzini and Simone Zaza, with Michail Antonio starting as the lone striker as part of the reshuffle.
Aitor Karanka has made three changes to his Middlesbrough side that was beaten by Tottenham Hotspur last time out, with Viktor Fischer, Adam Forshaw and Jordan Rhodes replacing Adam Clayton, Gaston Ramirez and Alvaro Negredo.
Half-time: West Ham United 0-0 Middlesbrough
Neither side have been able to get a real foothold in the game so far, with Mark Noble's curling effort against the bar the closest either side have come to breaking the deadlock, but both managers will be pleased with how their sides have defended throughout the first half.
Dimitri Payet has grown into the game for West Ham as the half has worn on, and could have given his side the lead but for an outstanding block from Calum Chambers, and Slaven Bilic will be looking for him to continue to link up with Michail Antonio in the second half to try and break Middlesbrough down, while Aitor Karanka will be asking for more of the same from his side, who have been far from outplayed.
Full-time: West Ham United 1-1 Middlesbrough
Not the result West Ham will have been hoping for but it does bring an end to their four game losing streak, and it could have been much worse but for Payet's wonderful individual goal.
Aitor Karanka will be pretty pleased with his side's performance, and while they didn't have many other opportunities after the goal, they certainly deserved a point from the game.
That's all from us at London Stadium today, thanks for joining us and we hope you'll join us again soon.
