Poor play from Madrid results in one final attack for the home side, but a curling cross is just about dealt with by Carvajal before Diop's follow-up shot is blocked in the middle of the box. That should be that.
90' +2
Marcelo bursts forward as Madrid push forward on a quick counter-attack. The ball is eventually worked over to Bale, who has an opportunity to break into the box but instead holds up possession as the visitors try to keep Eibar as far away from the ball as possible.
90'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be three minutes of added time.
89'
Big chance for Jordan! An Eibar corner isn't fully dealt with by Madrid, resulting in the ball pinballing around dangerously on the edge of the box. It eventually falls to Diop, whose bouncing cross picks out Jordan and sets up the midfielder to force Navas into making a smart save at the near post.
87'
Charles enters the game and replaces T. Inui.
Eibar have made another change, with striker Charles coming on to take the place of Inui.

P. Diop enters the game and replaces G. Escalante.
Eibar have made their second alteration of the afternoon, with Diop coming on to replace Escalante.
84'
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by Dani Carvajal.
That was a really good cross by Carvajal, but Eibar should have done better defensively. Somehow, Ronaldo was left all alone, allowing him to take on Dmitrovic in acres of space.
GOAL! Ronaldo strikes again! Eibar have been the better of the two teams for much of the game, but it looks as if they're going to have to leave empty-handed. Carvajal takes advantage of a poor mistake by Leon and curls a lovely cross into the middle of the box, where Ronaldo is easily able to beat Dmitrovic with a close-range header.
82'
Nacho is forced into nodding the ball behind by Kike, and Eibar are presented with another corner. It's whipped into the middle of the Madrid box by Leon but the visitors do well to clear the danger.
80'
Another huge opportunity for Eibar! The home side break forward on a wonderful counter-attack that ends in a wonderful chance for Kike, but a poor first touch from the striker forces him into firing a shot into the side-netting. He really should have done better with that!

Description
78'
Eibar continue enjoying a decent spell of possession as they cause more problems for the Madrid back line. They win themselves a corner that's whipped in by Leon, and Oliveira is there to force Navas into a save with a slightly tame overhead kick.
76'
What a chance for Inui! Escalante breaks into the visitors' penalty area and latches onto a looping cross before nodding it down to Inui. The Japanese forward is all alone after darting past Carvajal, but he gets his header completely wrong and sends it over the top of the crossbar.
75'
A lofted pass is fired into the Madrid box and picks out Inui, who does well to latch onto the ball but is immediately dispossessed by Carvajal. The full-back then kick-starts a quick counter-attack, but it's brought to a disappointing end by a mistimed run from Benzema, who is flagged offside.
73'
Benzema quickly gets involved in the thick of the action as he charges down the left flank and takes on Oliveira. It looks as if he's managed to get the better of the substitute, but he ends up running the ball behind for a goal-kick before he's able to cut into the penalty area.
72'
Vital interception by Arbilla! Bale, who is now playing out wide on the left wing, fires a great low cross into the middle of the Eibar box that looks set to pick out Ronaldo, but Arbilla is there to beat the Portuguese to the ball with an excellent sliding block.
71'
K. Benzema enters the game and replaces T. Kroos.
Lucas Vázquez enters the game and replaces Isco.
Madrid have made a double substitution as they try to find a way back in front. The first player to come on is Benzema, who replaces Kroos.
And the second is Vazquez, with Isco making way.
69'
Nacho catches Kike over on the left flank, and Eibar are awarded a free-kick in a very promising position. Angel steps up and curls a dangerous cross into the box, where Ramos does well to rise high and clear the danger.
67'
Paulo Oliveira enters the game and replaces Ramis.
Ramis receives a rousing round of applause from the home fans as he gingerly makes his way off to be replaced by Oliveira.
66'
Ramis is down on the ground, and it looks as if he's going to have to make way. He's been struggling with what looks to be a knee injury after clashing with Modric inside the penalty area.
64'
Escalante gets himself into a really good position deep down the right wing and curls a looping cross over to the far post. It's slightly overhit, though, and Kike can't quite get his head on the ball in front of goal.
62'
Great chance for Bale! The resulting corner is sent short before a cross is whipped right onto the head of Bale, who rises high and sends a glancing header just a yard or so wide of the far post.
61'
Another excellent save by Dmitrovic! Bale flies down the left flank and latches onto a bouncing pass on the edge of the Eibar box. He then fires a clever ball over to Ronaldo, who quickly shoots but is denied by a wonderful diving save from Dmitrovic.
60'
After a few minutes on the back foot, Eibar are presented with a really good opportunity to push forward over on the left wing. Jordan bursts forward and sends a cross-field pass towards Capa, who tries to latch onto the ball in a pocket of space but somehow lets it bounce out for a throw-in.
58'
A deep cross from Casemiro sails over to the right-hand side of the hosts' box and picks out Modric in a promising position. He quickly tries to poke the ball past Angel, but he's unable to get the better of the full-back and is dispossessed.
56'
And now Modric goes close! The Madrid midfielder makes another wonderful run that sees him dance through a sea of Eibar players. He then penetrates the box and shoots from close range, but somehow he ends up scuffing his low shot just wide of the far post.
54'
Chance for Ronaldo! Modric bursts towards the edge of the Eibar penalty area before poking the ball over to Carvajal. The full-back quickly sends it back to Modric and sets up the Croatian to pick out Ronaldo, who immediately shots but sends a poor effort over the crossbar.
52'
After heading his side back into the game, Ramis is then called into action at the other end of the pitch, where he does well to dive in front of Casemiro and stop the Brazilian from latching onto the ball in front of goal.
50'
Ramis has scored a goal for Eibar! Assist by Pedro León.
GOAL! Eibar have equalised! The resulting set-piece is swung into the heart of the penalty area and picks out Ramis, who easily latches onto the ball and nods it straight past Navas at the far post.
That was a lovely delivery from Leon, who perfectly picked out Ramis, but Madrid really should have done better. Ramos was caught sleeping and allowed the Eibar centre-back to get the better of him far too easily.
49'
Almost a spectacular goal by Escalante! An audacious cross-cum-shot from the Argentine sails over to the far post and causes all sorts of problems for Navas, who is just about able to tip the ball over the crossbar and behind for a corner with a one-handed save.
48'
Eibar quickly win back possession and push forward down the right flank. They do well to win themselves a throw-in near to the corner flag, but they can't quite squeeze their way into the penalty area and Marcelo easily clears the danger.
46'
We're underway once again!
45' +2
Ramis gets yellow.
Ramis is clearly angry with the referee about something, and he's booked for dissent as the two teams make their way off the pitch.
45' +1
Eibar push forward on one final attacking move as they try to find an equaliser before the break. They're unable to carve out a chance on goal, though, and Madrid push forward down the left flank. They're in no hurry, however, and Ronaldo and Kroos decide instead to hold onto possession and wait for half-time.
45'
The fourth official has indicated that there will be just one minute of added time.
44'
Lovely run by Modric! The Croatian weaves his way down the left wing and manages to nutmeg two players on his way into the hosts' box. He then manages to get a shot away, but it's fired straight into the hands of Dmitrovic in the middle of the goal.
42'
Sensational save by Dmitrovic! A curling cross is whipped towards the edge of the Eibar penalty area and perfectly picks out Ronaldo. The Portuguese controls the ball brilliantly and shoots, but his deflected strike is somehow tipped over the crossbar by the diving Dmitrovic.
41'
Space opens up for Inui, allowing him to sprint down the left flank and towards the edge of the Madrid box. He then pokes a low cross into the middle of the penalty area, where Kike sticks out a foot but can't quite reach the ball ahead of Navas.
40'
Chance for Ramos! It's third time lucky for Madrid, who go close to doubling their lead from their third consecutive corner. This time Isco is able to pick out Ramos in front of goal, but the defender can't quite make decent contact with the ball and sends his effort wide of the far post.
39'
The corner is whipped into a dangerous position and quickly results in a second after a good clearance from Ramis. The Eibar centre-back then latches onto another set-piece, before Capa heads it behind once again.
38'
Brave defending by Ramis! Isco storms into the heart of the Eibar penalty area and goes close to latching onto a clever pass from Ronaldo, but Ramis is just about able to get in front of the Madrid man and blast the ball behind before being clattered into.
36'
Eibar quickly push forward from the restart and continue putting the Madrid defence under pressure, but Inui can't quite get a shot away after latching onto the ball inside the box, allowing the visitors to eventually clear the danger.
34'
Cristiano Ronaldo has scored a goal for Real Madrid! Assist by L. Modrić.
GOAL! Madrid have taken the lead! Eibar have played brilliantly so far, but they've conceded first after a poor mistake from Arbilla. An attempted pass from the centre-back can only find Modric, who immediately sets up Ronaldo to burst into the box and beat Dmitrovic with a low strike.
That was a wonderful, instinctive pass from Modric but Eibar will be kicking themselves for giving the goal away. Under very little pressure, a poor piece of play from Arbilla put his side in an awful amount of trouble.
32'
Two huge chances for Madrid! The visitors go long, and a lofted pass from Marcelo perfectly picks out Bale inside the penalty area. The Welshman latches onto the ball and takes on Dmitrovic, but the goalkeeper rushes out and does well to smother the danger. The ball then rolls back to Ronaldo, who tries to shoot himself but is dispossessed from behind before he's able to do so.
30'
G. Bale gets yellow.
The referee has pulled out his yellow card for the first time today, and it's Bale who receives the booking after catching Escalante with a high boot as the two battled for the ball.
29'
Free header for Jordan! Leon charges down the right flank and takes on Carvajal, who clumsily fouls the winger and concedes a free-kick in a dangerous area. It's curled in by Leon and picks out Jordan, who's all alone in front of goal but can't quite hit the target.
28'
Nacho enters the game and replaces R. Varane.
Madrid have been forced into making their first substitution. Varane hasn't been able to recover from the early clash of heads and is replaced by Nacho.
27'
Kroos is clipped midway inside the Eibar half of the pitch, resulting in a free-kick for Madrid in a promising position. They're unable to do much with it, though, as Kroos' cross into the box is poor and easily cleared by the home side.
26'
Madrid lose possession once again in the middle of the pitch, allowing Eibar to counter-attack once again. This time it's Angel who swings a dangerous cross into the heart of the penalty area and towards Kike, who rises high but can't get the better of Ramos.
24'
Kroos fires a lofted pass deep into the Eibar half of the pitch and manages to pick out Bale out wide. The winger then cuts inside and sends a deflected cross over to Isco, who shoots but can't guide his effort through a sea of defenders.
22'
Varane and Kike clashed heads as they battled for the ball at the last corner, and there's a brief break in play as both receive medical treatment. They're quickly able to get back to their feet, though, and the game gets underway once again.
20'
The resulting corner is whipped into the penalty area, where Madrid are just about able to deal with the danger. Bale then tries to counter-attack over on the right wing, but Inui is there to foul him just as he's about to reach the halfway line.
19'
Decent chance for Kike! An attempted Madrid attacking move breaks down, allowing the home side to fly forward on a quick counter-attack. Inui sprints into the box and back-heels the ball to Kike, who shoots and forces Navas into making a good diving save.
18'
Ramos momentarily loses Leon, allowing the Eibar winger to break through the middle of the Madrid back line and towards a hopeful lofted pass. He's almost able to latch onto the ball on the edge of the penalty area, but Navas rushes out and heads the ball away at the vital moment.
16'
A lovely cross-field pass from Carvajal flies over to the left flank and picks out Bale in a pocket of space. The Welshman then sends a cross into the box and finds Ronaldo, but the linesman's flag is raised as soon as he knocks the ball down to Isco.
14'
The ball pinballs around the middle of the pitch as both sides fail to get it under control. It eventually falls to Capa just outside of the Madrid penalty area and sets up the full-back to cross, but he can't quite pick out Kike in front of goal and the visitors survive.
12'
Escalante and Capa link up well in the middle of the pitch, setting up the latter to fire a pass down the right wing and off Ramos for a corner. Leon steps up and sends a cross into the box, but it can only find Ronaldo and is easily cleared by the Portuguese.
10'
A poor attempted pass from Kroos sails over his head and towards the edge of the Madrid box. Kike is there to latch onto it, but he's immediately closed down by Ramos and loses out to the centre-back.
8'
The set-piece initially fails to result in a chance on goal for the visitors, but the ball quickly finds its way over to Carvajal. The full-back swings a cross into the penalty area and picks out Bale, who gets his head on the ball but sends an effort on goal well wide of its intended target.
7'
After a nervy start to the game, Madrid are finally able to push forward on their first attack of the afternoon. Ronaldo does well over on the right flank before teeing up Bale inside the box, but the Welshman is immediately tackled by both Arbilla and Ramis and has to settle for a corner.
5'
Almost a chance for Kike! Poor play from Madrid results in another great piece of play by the home side. Inui fires a quick pass into the penalty area and picks out Kike, who is let down by a heavy first touch. The ball finds its way back to Inui, however, and the Japan international's curling cross goes close to finding Kike once again in front of goal.
3'
More good play by Eibar, this time over on the left flank, results in an early corner for the hosts. It's Leon who steps up and curls a cross over to the far post, where Casemiro is easily able to shepherd the ball out of play.
1'
We're off! Eibar get us underway, attacking from left to right.
Great start for the home side! Leon immediately bursts down the right wing and causes all sorts of problems for the Madrid back line. His cross into the box initially fails to find a team-mate before bouncing over to Capa, who blasts a pass across the face of goal and goes incredibly close to picking out Kike.
In truth, it’s been a better few weeks for Madrid, who have won five of their last six league games and head to Ipurua in the wake of a morale-boosting 2-1 victory away to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League. Their disappointing away form has arguably cost them this campaign, though, and they could struggle again today against a side that have thoroughly impressed in front of their own fans.
Good morning and welcome to our live coverage of today’s LaLiga game between Eibar and Real Madrid at Ipurua.
Barring an almighty slip-up, the LaLiga title is as good as Barcelona’s, and it’s left Madrid fighting for the runners-up spot as we near the end of a disappointing domestic season for Los Blancos. Even that may prove to be too much for them, however, and if they’re to have any chance of catching second-place Atletico Madrid, they really must win here this afternoon.
Only Atletico and Barcelona have managed to beat Eibar in their previous 11 outings at Ipurua, while Madrid’s last LaLiga away game saw them lose 1-0 against Espanyol. The Basque side only reached LaLiga for the first time in 2014 but continue to go from strength to strength, and another impressive season this time out has resulted in them fighting for a historic spot in the Europa League.
Eibar have lost just two of their last eight games and just one in six at home. Both Sevilla and Villarreal found themselves leaving empty-handed on their recent visits to Ipurua, but it’ll take something special from them to get the better of Madrid today. They’ve failed to beat them in their seven LaLiga meetings, scoring just two goals, with last season's corresponding fixture ending 4-1 to Zinedine Zidane's men.
There’s just under 15 minutes left to go until kick-off, so let’s have a look at how the two teams will be lining up today...
Real Madrid substitutes: Kiko Casilla, Theo Hernandez, Nacho, Mateo Kovacic, Lucas Vazquez, Marco Asensio, Karim Benzema.
Real Madrid XI (4-1-2-1-2): Keylor Navas; Dani Carvajal, Raphael Varane, Sergio Ramos, Marcelo; Casemiro; Luka Modric, Toni Kroos; Isco; Gareth Bale, Cristiano Ronaldo.
Eibar substitutes: Asier Riesgo, Paulo Oliveira, David Junca Papakouli Diop, Ivan Alejo, Ruben Pena, Charles.
Eibar XI (4-2-3-1): Marko Dmitrovic; Ander Capa, Ivan Ramis, Anaitz Arbilla, Jose Angel; Dani Garcia, Gonzalo Escalante; Pedro Leon, Joan Jordan, Takashi Inui; Kike.
Jose Mendilibar has decided to make five changes to the Eibar side that drew 1-1 with Deportivo La Coruna last weekend, with Capa, Ramis, Escalante, Leon and Kike coming into the starting line-up to replace Pena, David Lomban, Diop, Fabian Orellana and Charles, respectively.
Meanwhile, Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has made four alterations to the team that featured in their last outing, with Vazquez, Kovacic, Asensio and Benzema making way for Modric, Kroos, Isco and Bale.
The two sides are making their way out onto the pitch, with just a few minutes to go until kick-off.
HALF-TIME: EIBAR 0-1 REAL MADRID
Eibar have arguably been the better of the two sides thanks to an impressive first-half performance, but it's Madrid who head into the break with a one-goal lead. All it took was one mistake for Ronaldo to burst into action, and he was comfortably able to beat Dmitrovic after latching onto a lovely pass from Modric. The game remains in the balance, though, and Eibar are still well in this.
The two teams are making their way back out on to the pitch ahead of the start of the second half. Neither side have made any substitutions during the half-time break.
FULL-TIME: EIBAR 1-2 REAL MADRID
It was a positive, spirited display from Eibar from start to finish, but they were undone by two pieces of poor defending and have to leave empty-handed. On both occasions Ronaldo was able to make the home side pay, and it resulted in an important win for Madrid that has moved them to within four points of second-place Atletico.
