Here is the Atletico change and it's an attacking one, with Montero coming off and he has been replaced by Gelson.
55'
It looks like Atletico are about to make another change here, they haven't improved since the break and Simeone isn't leaving it long to change things once more.
53'
The visitors are dominating possession at the moment, playing the ball well around the pitch and have won a couple of corners, which have come to nothing. However, it is a good sign as they aren't sitting back and inviting Atletico pressure on them, who will be getting more anxious as the game goes on if they can't find an equaliser.

Benat is the first Athletic player to be shown a yellow card after he brings Vitolo down.

There isn't long left to play until the break now, can Atletico level the scoreline before the half-time whistle? They haven't looked like scoring in the last 10 minutes or so, they look shocked to be behind.

However, the ball the bounced along the goal line and Williams was there at the far post to poke it over the line.
34'
However, the ball into the box doesn't have enough pace on it and Athletic easily clear the ball once again. The hosts haven't done enough from these set piece opportunities today.
33'
Free-kick to Atletico in a decent position, with Greizmann standing over the ball, ready to whip it into the penalty area...
31'
Still not many chances for either side and you can sense that the crowd are starting to become a little frustrated at the lack of goalmouth action.
29'
It's just the final ball that is missing for Atletico at the moment, they are dominating the game but that clinical ball through to Costa or Griezmann is lacking in the final third. A few too many passes have gone astray in that area of the pitch so far.
27'
We're midway through the first half now and it remains goalless here, with few chances for either side to break the deadlock. Atletico are in control of the game, but the visitors defence are holding firm at the moment.

18'
The atmosphere is excellent inside the Wanda Metropolitano, with the home supporters eager to see their side get back to winning ways in LaLiga.
16'
The pace of the game is pretty slow and neither side look like scoring at the moment, it's all in the middle of the pitch. We need an injection of pace to liven the game up.
14'
This is much better by the visitors, they've managed to get hold of the ball and keep possession in these last few minutes, after having to chase the ball for much of the opening 10 minutes. However, it is all in their own half as Atletico are pressing high and not allowing them time in their half.
8'
Another Atletico corner, it comes after some sloppy play by the visitors deep in their own half. They had numerous chances to clear the ball, but instead they tried to pass the ball out of the corner, but got it all wrong and end up conceding the corner. However, once again, the ball into the box isn't the best and Athletic clear the danger.
6'
Atletico with the first corner of the game. Griezmann whips the ball into the penalty area, but it is well headed clear by Athletic and they manage to clear the ball up to the halfway line. It then just comes straight back at them.
5'
The hosts look very comfortable in the opening few minutes, passing the ball around the pitch with ease and at their own pace. Athletic are trying to push up the pitch and put them under more pressure, but they don't want to leave any gaps for their opponents to exploit.
3'
It's all Atletico in the early stages of the game, they are dominating possession and the visitors have barely touched the ball since kick-off and are camped inside their own half.
1'
We're underway!
Athletic have endured a disappointing start to the season, with the Basques winless since the opening weekend of the campaign. The visitors are 17th in the LaLiga, just one point above the relegation zone and they were beaten 1-0 by Espanyol on Monday.
Atletico will be hoping to build on their Champions League victory in midweek, as they face Athletic at the Wanda Metropolitano, having dropped points in their last LaLiga game. Diego Simone's side drew 1-1 with Leganes last weekend, to leave them fourth in the table and next weekend they face league leaders Barcelona, so a win today is a must.

The visitors have a surprise lead at the break, with Williams turning the ball into the back of the net after San Jose was denied by the woodwork. Athletic had to sit back and defend for much of the first half, with Atletico dominating possession and creating more chances, but they've lacked a clinical ball in the final third and it has let them down.
It will be interesting to see how Athletic approach the second half, will they sit back and try to see the game out, which will give them a valuable victory. However, you would expect the hosts to come out fighting after the break and take the game to the visitors.
Atletico now move up to second in LaLiga, just one point behind Barcelona, who they will face in their next game after the international break. Athletic remain in 17th spot and without a win in 11 LaLiga games. They will face Getafe next time out.
